First Hawaiian Bank Pearlridge Branch is a busy location with friendly and helpful staff. The service is very cordial, exceeding expectations with superb banking knowledge. Employees are patient, accommodating, and go over and beyond to assist customers with efficiency and quality, including with complicated financial issues. The staff is very knowledgeable about products and services. The branch itself is nice with a spacious ambience. It has been recently remodeled with nice lighting and working AC. It features accommodating offices for private conversations and new envelopeless ATMs that dispense various bill denominations. For parking, there is front parking for ATM use and basement parking underneath the bank area. The associated mobile app and website are also noted as being easier to navigate.
They get all of my stars. The staff are really nice and remembers your name and face. Beautiful crew.

They’re not perfect, but even businesses make mistakes. I always judge them based on how they handle them. The management here was professional and promptly resolved an issue. I left feeling they genuinely cared about me as a customer and went above and beyond to make things right.
