“Been banking here for as long as I can remember. Lots of different faces through the years, but everyone was helpful and polite. I’ve been helped by head teller Jennifer the most. She even took care of situations for me on the phone during Covid time when I was hesitant to go in. Jennifer always explains things well and doesn’t rush me out. She patiently helped me with my uChoose Rewards program today, among other things and even made sure I was able to login before I left. I’m fortunate to receive her services!Maria and Anisha are two other people who have been at this location for years too. The three of them have been a great part of Territorial Savings Bank. I hope to continue seeing them around for years to come.”

“I came in to withdraw a considerable amount to donate to Nalaniikaleomana Foundation who has helped homeless teens and adult from Waianae to Honolulu. They partnered with a few nonprofits to support and provide food, necessities, and one forgotten shelter. However part of my withdrawal was for self purchase and rewarding myself. But one of the managers called me to her desk and nice because I can take the load off my feet...lucky me?! She was so personable and patient with my requests as well as questions. This was so awesome! It's such a pleasantly decorated place with a turquoise color palette...somewhat calming. People are really friendly here. This credit union has hand sanitizers all over the place. Of course everyone, employees and customers must wear masks. I love Hickam Credit Union and my biggest account located. In fact, my mom opened my account about 40 years ago. At one point, I forgot about it before checking whether it still existed. But I kept track and utilize it more now!!! Ciao”

“Busy, busy, busy!
They open at 9 AM and the lines start at 8:30 AM. Lines for bank tellers, business ops, and even the drive-thru ATMs.
Always efficient and quick though. Lots of long time staff who know what to do.
Parking is tight but never impossible. Might have to walk an extra minute or two.
Otherwise this location services its purpose in the busy Pearl City, Aiea area.”

“banked Admittedly, I rarely post reviews about banks/financial institutions, but I thought I would leave a short review about this location. 1. Yes, there is parking available....albeit the parking situation is challenging in some ways. There are stalls directly in front and on the west side of the building. The bank is located across from the Downtown Pearlridge parking garage, so there is alternate choice if all the primary stalls are occupied. I can also see how navigating this area may also pose a challenge as there are cars entering and exiting the garage. 2. Yes, there is a drive-up/drive-thru ATM at this location. Very convenient! 3. Yes, this branch is new, modern, and well-lit (the previous location was on the first floor of the building located adjacent to Big City Diner). 4. Yes, there is a counter located near the entrance where customers may fill out their withdrawal or deposit slips. 5. Yes, I thought the customer service was quite good (which is the entire reason for this review honestly). The teller, Lawrence, that assisted with my transaction that day was just very polite, respectful, helpful, and friendly. He was quite personable to a certain degree, and I appreciated with the ease/exchange of our conversation. He processed my transaction in a timely manner, wished me a good day, and I was on my way. side NOTE I visited this branch on a weekday morning (around 10am) last month. BOTTOM LINE A very positive experience at the BOH Pearlridge branch. I hope BOH strives to hire more employees like Lawrence.”

“Noteworthy experience with Royce (I think that's his name?) at BOH Pearlridge helping my fiancé and I get our paperwork settled to ship our cars off island. He would give us calls to check in and when we came into the bank for other matters, he'd check in again to make sure everything was ok. He was super attentive and patient with us. Other experiences at BOH Pearlridge have been wonderful. All the staff is polite and approachable! Logistic wise, playing the wait game for paperwork and account info to be changed gets frustrating as I've never dealt with this type of "7-10 business days" just to change my payment info for my car loan with other banks. Aside from the constant "wait game" with BOH, the staff and employees seem happy to work there, they show care for their work and I've enjoyed banking with BOH.”

“I want Central Pacific Bank to know that they have exceptionally knowledgeable employees. Especially Michelle Combs at the Pearl ridge Branch. She was super patient and very helpful in helping me with my phone app, password recovery and security issues. It took us a while and a few circles around the app but she got me through. I’m also thankful that the lines didn’t get too crazy while I was there doing this business. Thank you again Michelle I appreciate you.”
