“Best Customer Service for Sweet Kanoe. Came down to your location(Pearl Kai)this past sunday to get help with my phone problem & she was excellent & very patient with me cause girrrllll it's the 3rd phone I bought in 1 month, all 3 had the same problem? so you can kinda see the heat I was bringing. Anyways, although I still had to buy a whole new phone, she was super helpful. Walked me through the steps & i appreciate it. She needs a promotion immediately? BTW, yal need to fix yal insurance..cause how do yal expect people to pay for insurance & yet when it's needed, we have to wait 3-5 business day for the claim?? How do yal expect people to go 3-5 days without a phone? Seriously!! Ridiculous really!! Anyways, Thank-you kanoe...Exceptional Customer Service.

“Went to get my son the iPhone 11 today (5-19-2024) Renae/Ranay was the one that helped us. I hope I spelled her name right. I didn't notice a name tag on her BUT, after her helping us I asked for her name to thank her. She was kind, patient, very informative & knowledgeable. When we walked in she mentioned to us that the systems were running slow. I'm assuming due to the power outage the night before that's why the systems were probably running slow due to that. She kept reassuring us she was working on getting everything set up for us. It actually didn't take that long, I was expecting longer lol. Glad it didn't & everything worked out great. Patrick Ryan received me, I am not good at English, so we basically communicated through mobile translation software. In the process, Patrick Ryan actively and patiently helped me solve the troubles that AT&T brought me. This is the best AT&T store I have ever come into contact with, and their excellent service will bring better reputation to AT&T. I have to give this store 5 stars. ?”

“Love this store! Some things are overpriced,but I still found a couple things! Two things though: please train your staff how to treat the disabled. My family was treated nice,but when I wanted to ask a question, I was given a rude attitude and looked down upon. I left upset,and having paid too much for some lomo cards because the staff wouldn't answer my question. I asked nicely,but they treated me unfairly because of my wheelchair the whole time I was in the store. It's hard to maneuver,and I had to have someone else show me things several times. I will be going back though,just hoping things improve.”
