FORTUNATELY, this store was able to get my phone screen repaired the next day and they got it done within the hour!! They also had the best prices for my phone after calling nearby repair shops. “Walked in here for the first time. First & foremost, it was so nice & cool with their air-conditioning! Someone named “Andrê”immediately greeted us & asked us for help. While he & my husband were hashing out plans, the one question we needed answered, is GUAM included in the plan without being considered international. OMG! Another AT&T associate, named Ramon, jumped right in with the info we needed! He read off all the places included that was effective June 2023! Talk about EFFICIENT!!!! Thank you! “This review is waaaaay overdue and I apologize to Earnie Alvarez-Malo because he went above and beyond in helping me in December 8th & 15th at the Kapahulu store. Trust me. I had bought new phones at a kiosk in COSTCO & changed over to AT&T from T-Mobile on Nov.21rst and there were problems from day1. After multiple visits back to the COSTCO kiosk trying to sort things out I finally made an appointment at the AT&T Store on Kapahulu and totally lucked out by getting an appointment with Earnie Alvarez-Malo on Dec. 8th. After hearing my story and issues he told me the vendor at COSTCO is a 3rd party seller and that explained many things. Earnie spent about 90 minutes with us (we're old, lol) getting us on the right track. The entire time he was kind, patient and so informative. Initially I was so mad I was crying (yes; embarrassing) and Earnie just took it in stride. He was kind enough to see us again on the 15th for probably an hour for another set of issues that I may have been able to figure out on my own but after our horrible experience with the kiosk vendor at Costco, I was afraid to touch the phones. I would like to add that both times we were at the Kapahulu store, not once did I see any of the Associates show anything but patience to whoever they were helping. To Earnie; I apologize for taking so long to get this written. Truly; you don't know how much you helped us.”

“Love this store! Some things are overpriced,but I still found a couple things! Two things though: please train your staff how to treat the disabled. My family was treated nice,but when I wanted to ask a question, I was given a rude attitude and looked down upon. I left upset,and having paid too much for some lomo cards because the staff wouldn't answer my question. I asked nicely,but they treated me unfairly because of my wheelchair the whole time I was in the store. It's hard to maneuver,and I had to have someone else show me things several times. I will be going back though,just hoping things improve.”

“I brought in my old iPhone 6 because it wasn't working anymore and the employees quickly diagnosed the problem (was a dead battery) and replaced it for me in under 5 minutes. The workers are very friendly and knowledgeable, the repair including the battery was very cheap as well. Would recommend coming here for any sort of phone repair!”
