I didn't notice a name tag on her BUT, after her helping us I asked for her name to thank her. She was kind, patient, very informative & knowledgeable. When we walked in she mentioned to us that the systems were running slow. I'm assuming due to the power outage the night before that's why the systems were probably running slow due to that. “This store is great - knowledgeable techs, attentive manager, and timely service (make an appointment). My situation with a line transfer between accounts that resulted in a cancellation rather than a transfer was complicated but not of their making, and they worked really hard to resolve it. Ultimately, there was no going back, so I got a new number. That was taken care of quickly and I’m back in business.”

The reason for my visit on Feb 28:
Feb 27 I received a text informing me my phone plan didn’t renew on time. I thought I had been on auto pay for months.
I explained to Maria Ailyn my situation. Also, a few hours before my visit I discovered my phone had been turned off. I then showed her all the text messages re the previous months confirming payment was successful.
Please know that whatever date I attempted to set up “Auto Pay” I sincerely I believed I had done correctly.
It’s obviously an error on my part which caused this misunderstanding — I apologize.
Re Maria Ailyn never implied any fault.
Her interaction with me I felt was beyond impressive. She obviously realized my limited knowledge re cell phones.
This should tell you everything about how I felt about my visit:
I told her Thank you so much for all her help, I appreciated her making me feel so comfortable. Before I walked out I told her — You’re AWESOME!!!
I’m planning to buy a new phone from Maria probably tomorrow, we did discuss a certain promo phone. I planned to return earlier — caught the Flu.

EVERYTIME I go in there kelcee tells me its time to upgrade my phone (im stubborn and dont listen) also tells me if we doing auto pay today. always consistent when i see her always tryna get me to do something in there. My family and I wanted to say thank you very much to the Cricket Staff in regards of the amazing customer services we received!
My family and I went a week ago to try to apply a loan with a vendor working alongside Cricket. Unfortunately we could not touch base with the loan company since their business office was closed. More so, we were also having a lot of trouble shooting problems with our current devices to get the ground work started. We came back the following week and was granted the loan for my family and I to make the purchases and it was a spectacular feeling!!
Much obliged to Jacob for the superb services he provided! Jacob stood with us the whole way to ensure that the loan process would be a success. Jacob did a walkthrough with us in regards with the application, identification, and information verification protocols. Furthermore Jacob helped us to touch base with the loan vendor to confirm all the information was correct, verified, and the final purchase could be completed.
We are proud to say, because of the tremendous efforts of Jacob and the Cricket team, my family and I will be getting our new iPhone 17 Pro Maxes and iPhone Pro 17e very soon!! More so, it was an imperative initiative, since our current phones are becoming obsolete and have wear and tear. We also got some extra goodies with the left over loan funds as well and that was a big plus too!!
