“Went in and got my foot measured. Turns our I'm a medium arch! I always thought I was flat footed. They fitted me for insoles. They are a bit hard, but I got used to them and I'm hoping that they are helping my foot health. They are not as cheap as Wal-Mart, but those were soft, but not very durable. I have been wearing them for about a month now and occasionally the outside edge of my foot hurts since the weight is off of the arch now. The service was very good.”

Take that info that they also email to you and this collected info is used to find the customer a perfect match fitted. Don't forget the Orthotics inserts upgrade.”
“I am absolutely in love with the buy online, pick up in store option that Macy's has. It is very conveniently located on the first floor at the pearl ridge location and I also like that you can do returns at the same location. The staff is friendly that works the counter as well. Maybe they will start doing curbside pickup like Nordstrom and Target do. This would be even better as I wouldn't have to get four kids out.”
