This bank is by far the worse bank I have ever encountered. Customer service take at least two months to get back to you on the app, if you call they will say another department will reach out to you and they never will. Safe yourself the time and do banking somewhere else

Worst bank ever. So many hidden fees and customer service is non existent. They said I signed up for a free trial of bill pay (which I didn't) and that converted into $5.99 after the trial. I never used it and they have charged me for a solid year and won't refund me.
