Brand new location, very friendly tellers and branch workers. I don't really like the palm scanner so I'll just stick to my Debit Card for transactions

Been a member for over 20 years. Never experienced anything bad so I am shocked to see so many 1 star reviews. Customer service in person and over the phone is above average. Definitely not the greatest but than again far from the worst!
