“What a pleasant experience at PCAW (Pearl City Auto Works). I had 2 electrical problems with my vehicle which required a partial disassembly of the dash. PCAW correctly identified the cause of the electrical problem and corrected the problem and reassembled the dash to its original condition using great care as my vehicle was a 2000 Ranger and the clips etc. required extra care to prevent breaking. A special thank you goes to Shay for her assistance in scheduling my appointments and keeping me informed as to the arrival of parts needed and the status of the repairs to my truck. I will definitely be a return customer.”

“Moped wasn’t starting went in and he fixed it in like 10 minutes it was just a simple spark plug issue but then 2 days later it didn’t start again, so I went back and he realized he didn’t screw it on tight enough and didn’t charge me for it and he apologized. He could have easily lied and charged me more. Everyone there seems very genuine and look like they want to help, I trust this shop.”

“The guys were really helpful. My 2014 Ram had a fuel sensor module go out. Windward Dodge wanted to charge me over $200 just to diagnose. Not only did Willy's not charge me to diagnose the issue, they got the part the same day where Windward Dodge was going to charge me up front for the part plus charge me the expedited shipping which would've taken a few more days. The customer service was great at Windward Dodge but all in all, Willy's was way cheaper, faster and even gave a military discount which was unexpected and very much appreciated. I even forgot my wallet in the truck when I dropped it off and they immediately called me to let me know. I'll refer anybody I talk to to come here no matter how far the drive. Old school honest shop.”

“Went there for safety check. No appointment necessary. There were 2 lines (wait in the car and pull up to station ) and make sure to have necessary documents ready (insurance card, registration, payment). Staff are very friendly, work very efficiently, and provide good service.”
“Midas’ service was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to everyone. My reservation was at 1pm, but I was running late. They were very flexible and allowed me to change it to 2pm last minute. In addition to the oil maintenance service that I came for, they also rotated my tires and suggested to me that I should do get an alignment. Overall, my experience with Midas was very satisfactory and I would be happy to go back there for any car issues.”

“This business is really well organized and knowledgeable!
I made an appointment to have my power window lift assembly repaired, and they told me that it would take a max of 2 hrs. to finish and quoted me a really good price.
When I dropped off my car they got on it right away, and had the assembly disassembled in less than 10 minutes ! They completed the job in less than 1 hr.
I'm EXTREMELY PLEASED with my experience and.....

Also experience other rumbling on slowing down speed to come to a stop. After a while I contacted the service person Juan and was able to return the car and have all issues fixed, the problem was the
FRONT LOWER CONTROL ARM REARWARD BUSHING R&R BOTH SIDES.
Eventually all fixed, some minor noice remains but much better and I am very much satisfied, would definitely recommend this shop who specializes on Mercedes Benz primarily.

There was an opportunity for extra mile service, as I showed up about 3 mins before open, and I needed to wait.
When my car was completed, I received a nice text saying so. Upon arrival, check out was completed already as I was able to pay online and avoid the 3% processing fee.
As I waited for my car, I had the opportunity to browse the showroom and talk with a sales agent.
After getting my car, I noticed they washed it, but the windows seemed like they were done with a dirty rag. It's very streaky and not very clean looking, but I guess, what do you want for a complimentary wash after paying 120 for an oil change.”

“Been going here since 2020 to do all my vehicle repairs and maintenance. Prices are really affordable to rent a bay per hour to do repairs ($5-$8 an hour). They have flat stalls, four post lift stalls and drive on lift stalls. If you don't di ish a repair you can pay a flat fee to leave overnight and pick back up tomorrow. Haven't ran into a tool I needed that they didn't have. Highly reccomend. Ase certified employees to assist if you run Into a jam. Of last note, the people who work there are human as well, not robots or doormats. Treat them with humility, it goes a long way.”
