Very good medical advice for my older cat. He was able to do a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection within the next business day so we could fly out. I highly recommend!

Portion size was good, but the food is pretty pricey. One cool thing is that they let you spin a wheel for freebies. Got a free Sundae which made the whole experience really satisfying.

We picked up food to Shaka Tacoz on our way from the airport to our resort after a LONG travel day from the east coast. We didn't get to eat them immediately, and by the time we did they were no longer hot. HOWEVER, they were so freaking delicious that even now, over a month later my youngest nephew keeps talking about how much he loved those tacos and wants to have them again.
Most of us had the ono fish tacos but one of us had tacos with pork. All across the board, we were very satisfied and pleased with our tacos. The mango chili sauce was especially divine!
If you're in Kona, definitely head over to Shaka Tacoz and give them a try!

So many informative and fun facts. Holding abalone and seeing how it moves is a great experience.
Besides Abalone there were also other creatures from the sea shown.
All ending with a delicious tasting of Abalone and seaweed. Ps I’m typically not a seafood or seaweed fan. But it was great!
Downside the food truck was closed.

I got the convo pork katsu/teriyaki beef plate on recommendation of our waitress and the teriyaki beef took me right back to my childhood. So delicious. The pineapple coleslaw was unique and yummy, and the Mac salad had tiny bits of potato in it which was tasty too.
The staff is all so stinking friendly.

This coffee shop has plenty of parking and seating inside is ample. Great place for families, remote workers or a place to chat with a friend. The baristas were super friendly and helpful when deciding what to order. They have vegan options for drinks here and food. And I loved that they also sold locally made sourdough bread and tons of other goodies sold by local artists and bakers! We also got the chia peanut butter bites that were delicious! You gotta try them! I would highly recommend coming here! They have such a diversity of drink and smoothie and Acai bowl options that you won’t have a hard time finding a drink or snack you like!
