This target is always well stocked and is a great target, customer service isn’t the best. I’ve tried calling them for days now and no department ever answers the phone. no way to contact them

It's just a Target, like any other Target. Weird that they don't provide any bags at all though. Even in California where we also have a bag ban Target gives paper bags. The KTA grocery store here gives bags, and Target is a much bigger corporation.
