“I went to the bank to use their ATM, unfortunately the dont have the wireless/tap feature. I am visiting and has different banking. Didnt have a physical card with me. The teller was really nice and tried pointing me to the other bank ATMs that she thought may have upgraded their atm to wireless tap feature.”

“Created saving as and checking account online. There were a few issues with address and getting debit card. Phone support was not helpful. Went into the branch and the agent sorted everything, quickly. Good service. May feel limited compared to online features of Citibank, Chase, etc. But the in person service is better than any of those ! Mahalo!”
