“Needed a notary 4 times in 2 weeks, unexpected business to attend to. My banks notary was not available for several days & either was their sister branch, notary was out. Went to see Karen Owan at HSFCU in the strip mall that houses Safeway & Long's, across Windward Mall. Lot of parking. Notary hours are 9-10am & 4-5 pm M-F. You check in out front on the pad & they call you, when ready. Saw Karen who is very professional &as she get's to know you very friendly.Karen is great to get you in & out in a timely manner. It was a pleasure on my visit with her as she made a very good impression of her credit union & herself as a banker. Hope to be a HSFCU member in the near future. Mahalo Karen!”

“I'm handicapped ♿, but I don't really appear to be. I attempted myself to set up a bank transfer account from my credit union to First Hawaiian Bank to no avail. I went in during mid-morning to make an appointment for assistance. I have her card (blonde female- I can't remember).
She helped me set up the account. She even printed out the next steps to complete the external transfers from my other credit union and First Hawaiian Bank.
I can do the majority of my financial transactions between Credit Union and First Hawaiian Bank anytime and anywhere. I love the luxury of banking in my bed. Lol 😆 🤣”
