“Have business banking with them for about 10 years. They have addressed every need I've had, and even went above and beyond on a couple of occasions. Most of the staff know me by name despite only entering the building every several months. Not sure how they do it! The other reviews about parking are weird. Yes, they need to guard their few parking spots or the nearby McDonalds would leave their customers with no place to park. That seems kinda obvious. As such, I've never had any parking issues.”
“FYI: Inform the security guard if you are going in the safe deposit box room because she flagged my car because I was in there for a while & went around the building to get back to my car. Standing in the regular line for safe deposit boxes can be a deterrent (as opposed to First Hawaiian Bank where you don’t have to stand in line and a small safe box is $50/year). I really enjoy that this branch has a security guard. A small security box is only $35/year until 2/2027 (then it goes up to $100/year 😬). Cody who signed me up for an account was really pleasant and professional (for a checking account with checks you must have min. $500 in the account to avoid fees). For feng shui connoisseurs; the private security locker room desk is facing SW & the table outside is facing SE.”
“I went to the bank to use their ATM, unfortunately the dont have the wireless/tap feature. I am visiting and has different banking. Didnt have a physical card with me. The teller was really nice and tried pointing me to the other bank ATMs that she thought may have upgraded their atm to wireless tap feature.”
“I love my bank! Trying to buy a car with NO Credit is awful! But after applying and working with Joan - I think that was her name, we were approved for an auto Loan. Pretty good rate for my credit history, so we were super happy! I've also made use of their Free notary service.and I love that they have a coinstar/cashing thing in the lobby!”
