“I come to this branch once or twice a month. Service is always pleasant. The lines move reasonably well. Today was the exception. Took a while to do my transactions. Enjoy.”

“Although the parking lot is a little wonky, the service level is off-the-hook. Today instead of having to drive downtown to another local bank with first come-first serve service , we were able to get a LOCAL appointment for notary service. Mahalo Kim!”

“I love my bank! Trying to buy a car with NO Credit is awful! But after applying and working with Joan - I think that was her name, we were approved for an auto Loan. Pretty good rate for my credit history, so we were super happy! I've also made use of their Free notary service.and I love that they have a coinstar/cashing thing in the lobby!”

“Anna Lui, who’s been our bank manager for a couple of decades, was one of the nicest and most diligent persons you could know. Having read all these peoples negative words , I began to realize how what they were seeing, was just a reflection of themselves, reaping the attitudes they were sowing because in my last 50 years of doing business with First Hawaiian, they have always been awesome. So my advice to these complainers is, go back to where you came from. And take your attitudes with you.Jd”
