“I went to the Verizon store in Kailua to get a new phone. EZ (Ezekiel) helped me get all set up. He was so knowledgeable and answered all of my (many!) questions. He was able to manage the line up that often forms in that store by greeting everyone and multitasking with the next customer while still staying present and finishing the task at hand with his current customer. He made it such a pleasant experience.”
