“I am a Kupuna of 73 years & had an excellent experience today at the AT&T store in Kailua. I have bought products there for many years, but my experience today was outstanding, thanks to Leny & Salaynia. In the past, I have been frustrated by younger staff who were impatient with seniors & unable to explain technical issues in a way that I could understand. These two ladies were the opposite. They not only were extremely knowledgeable, but were so kind, patient & excellent at answering questions & explaining the technology in a way that I could easily grasp. The Aloha shown to me by Leny & Salaynia made all the difference in my experience with buying a new phone. I hope they will stay at the Kailua store, & that they will be appreciated & recognized by management. Mahalo & great job, ladies!”

“First, love this 7AM hours. No traffic-how often can you say that on Oahu? Staff actually walk through the store saying "Hi." Very clean, and generally reasonabe prices. Plently of parking btw.”
