They also carry Kauai Hemp Company CBD, which is locally grown and processed right up the road in Omao. Lawai Market is a great little place to get a bite and pick up some local products! I highly recommend visiting Lawai Market!”
“Aloha Spice Company is the reason to visit Hanapepe. It's a beautiful store with a variety of original, locally made food products and gifts. All items are unique - no typical touristy junk. The lady at the shop is super nice. It's worth dropping some $ there.”

“Great place to get pineapples, apples, ginger root, a lei, Musubi, and lunch of the snack shack! The pineapple is great for day of to slice open and not have to wait for it to ripen. The apples, Musubi, and snack shack are super affordable. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Also, there is free parking and overflow parking as well.”

“Glad to find out that “one of the last local markets” is near where I am staying. The reviewers who complained no doubt miss their “super” markets where everything is perfect. They had what I needed, and the in-house take-away food choices are fantastic. Sitting here enjoying “Poipu Paradise” acai bowl from the juice bar.”
“I was looking for some souvenirs for my young grandkids but everything I found was lame and extremely expensive. I went to Big Save in Eleele and found some awesome Hawaii wood puzzles and Hawaii hard books at very reasonable prices! A fraction of what I saw similar books for at other stores. Well worth the drive!!!”
“This is a great local market. I thought the prices were reasonable for the area, it was well stocked and the staff were very friendly and helpful. You can save yourself a trip to Lihue stores by shopping here which was a big plus to us on this trip while staying in Poipu. I’m glad the owners of the condo we are staying at suggested Big Save to us.”
“Good sized local grocery store that has everything you would need. The meats and produce look really fresh. The store staff are super friendly and answered any questions that we had. I even found some Hawaiian candy that I had not seen since I lived on Oahu 50 years ago!”
