My wife and I have been Cricket customers for years and love them because of their service and how easy they make the cellphone experience, especially compared to the other companies. Ray was working with a customer, but when I walked in, he greeted me and let me know he would be with me soon. He even gave his name and asked for mine. Once he did help me, the quality of his customer service remained exceptional. He discussed my options, explained the price points and policies, and went over all the stuff that I needed to know. Walked out of the store with a new phone, a new line, and a positive experience. Recommend this store, this provider, and Ray's customer service.”
