Jay, sensing that I was frustrated, provided exceptional service by trying your resolve the issue and talking story. He identified that the issue had to do with the eSIM. Once the issue was identified Jay was able to successfully activate the new iPhone on my Verizon account and iPhone. Thank you Jay for making a frustrating situation better.”

“I decided to come into this Spectrum Store after having the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with the Spectrum call center. All I wanted to do was downgrade my parents’ Spectrum service because they weren’t using the TV portion. The representative was rude, condescending, and even hung up on me before the cancellation was completed. My experience at the store today around 3:30 p.m. was completely night and day. There was no wait, and the staff member (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) was incredibly kind and helpful. He quickly found the account, made the requested change, and didn’t bombard me with services I didn’t want. I was in and out in under five minutes! Kudos to the excellent staff at the Kapolei Spectrum Store for completely turning around what started as a horrible customer service experience. In fact, the great service I received at the store made me decide to keep our Spectrum service rather than cancel it altogether. This is what good customer service should look like!”
