Travelling from Australia, renting a car and finding the right place was difficult but we are so beyond grateful we found Ryan. “Alyssa is amazing! Wow. She was super helpful and so kind. I'm traveling with my parents and she was so accommodating. Also, the Kauai Sheraton Hotel is quite lovely as its quiet, a very large property and such fantastic views.”
“Please give Anne a raise! She went above and beyond the call of duty and helped us tremendously. We were returning our rental car to the Hyatt and getting a taxi to take us to the airport. The taxi driver phoned us and said there was a big traffic jam and he wouldn't be able to pick us up in time to make our flight. We told our story to Anne and she made some phone calls and told us we could drive the rental car to the airport (the extra fee was actually less than the taxi rate) and gave us advice on the route to take. We arrived in a time to catch our flight. Thank you Anne!”
