“Talk about above and beyond. Recently we needed a rental car for a single day on the last day of our trip. Aloha Auto was happy to provide one within 30 minutes of a phone call and had the car ready on arrival. We had a really nice day and on our way back to Lahaina to drop it off we encountered a road closure due to a large wildfire - our flight was leaving 3 hours from this time and there was no clear timeline for the road reopening.Aloha Auto allowed us to drop the car off with an associate on our side of the wildfire so we could safely and quickly make our flight.Thanks so much Aloha Auto, if I could give you 100 stars I would.”

“I had a good time and no problems picking up my car from this location at the Maui Hotel Hyatt Regency. Nice and friendly service with no issues. The car wasn't fully clean for a luxury car I rented, can't even see the back mirrors when I was driving. Please keep your cars clean, the service was excellent and fast in the office inside the hotel. I will be back to this location and I recommend it to everybody.”

“Had an amazing experience renting through Maui SUV rentals and Patrick. His follow up and customer service was fantastic. He checked in a couple times before we got there to ensure smooth logistics, helped to navigate pick up and drop off to simplify our part of that equation, and delivered on everything we could have hoped for in our rental on Maui. The Wrangler Unlimited had a super easy retractable soft top, brilliant new touch screen with apple carplay, and it fit our family of 5 and our luggage.
