Pet Sitting & Training

Such Good Dogs
3600 Lower Honoapiilani Rd b1, LahainaRico (my chihuahua) and I just completed a level 1 training with Athena and Such Good Dogs. Athena is so knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk with. It was a fantastic way to get my dog used to being around other people and dogs. I learned many tips and tricks that I plan to continue implementing at home. Thanks so much for this great opportunity on the westside!

A`A Roots
5095 Napilihau St #103, LahainaMy wife has a gluten allergy and is vegan, making it challenging to find suitable dining options when we travel. However, during our recent trip to Maui, we were fortunate to discover several excellent establishments, and A`A Roots stood out with its incredible food. My wife particularly enjoyed a sandwich, describing it as the best she's ever had. She was very pleased with both the service and the food. The chickpea burger and salad were very, very good.

Baya Bowls
Located at DT, Fleming Beach Park, 6012 Lower Honoapiilani Rd, LahainaBaya Bowls is absolutely worth the drive to their new location. After the fires displaced them, they've kept everything that makes them special — the açaí bowls are fresh, high quality, and as good as ever. The ingredients are clearly sourced with care and you can taste the difference. Service is warm and friendly too. Don't let the new location stop you — this place earns every bit of the trip.

Leoda's Kitchen and Pie Shop

Kihei Caffe Lahaina
305 Keawe St, LahainaYUM! Coffee was delicious and breakfast was huge! There are not many gluten free options, though they do offer mochi pancakes (double the price of the normal pancakes). They were amazing, though! The loco moco was super tasty, too!
It's very crowded no matter when you go, so be prepared to wait! Or there is a takeout kiosk available!

Ono Tacos Lahaina Maui
910 Hawaii hwy, LahainaThis spot is a food truck with delicious food. They had a small sign saying they had a special for birria tacos. The tacos were so crispy and the meat was so tender and well seasoned. This is a must order if they have it available!

Las Islitas Tacos Y Mariscos
727 Waine'e St, LahainaThese were probably some of the best tacos I've tasted in Hawaii. Although prices are a bit high, they're almost comparable to other Mexican restaurants and these tacos were so worth it! I ordered a carne asada, adobada, and lengua taco - lengua is $1 more than the others. Food came out fast and they offer you a choice of mild or spicy salsa. The tacos came piled with a good portion of meat and came with radishes and pickled carrots and jalepenos. I thought the adobada and lengua really stood out - the adobada had a nice flavor and lengua was so soft and tender! Will be back next time I'm on Maui!

Pool Bar | Hyatt Residence Club
200 Nohea Kai Dr, LahainaThis is a beautiful hotel right on the beach in Lahaina. The area is very nice, walkable distance to Whaler's Village where you can eat at a variety of restaurants and shop for the day. The hotel is a great place for families with kids, not sure it would be my choice for a honeymoon or couple looking for a quiet stay. Service is nice, not spectacular, but the ambiance of the hotel makes up for it.

Olowalu General Store
820 Olowalu Village Rd, LahainaThis place is an amazing locally owned and run store. The owner is the sweetest and she carries all sorts of locally made goodies and souvenirs. Plus they make some off the hook hot dogs (try it in the chili and rice bowl) and some seriously ono poke. Come for the snacks and stay to talk story.
