444 Makawao Ave a, MakawaoI was new on the island and had to find a place to board my cats, not knowing where to take Them I went to Google. Search and even though this facility was a little bit farther from my house there’s a veterinarian clinic on site. There’s also a horse boarding area. The staff was so friendly. The facility is so clean smelled good. The pets are all happy and my kitties even though it was her first day ever in boarding, they did extremely well. The girls were very patient with them and I’m definitely on my way back to have him babysit my cats again.

444 Makawao Ave Ste. B, MakawaoWe took my dog to these guys to get shots and a nail clipping. We assumed it would take about 30 minutes. They returned in about 5 minutes and everything was done. I should add that my dog is utterly terrified of everything. She has the most anxiety of any creature I know. - and they were so warm and patient with her. I love this vet clinic, they are so awesome.

Maui Pizza Truck
24 Kiopaa St, MakawaoThe Maui food truck was an excellent find in upcountry Maui. I had the Mobb salad that was very filling. It was loaded with bacon and chicken and an excellent house dressing. My wife had a mushroom pizza that was cooked perfectly. The wood fired oven really makes the crust crispy. The seasonings on the mushrooms were very tasty.

3612 Baldwin Ave, MakawaoHonestly some of these reviews are ridiculous. Your service was a little slow? I’m guessing you showed up on Saturday night without a reservation. To go portions too small? In those giant containers everything looks small.
The food has been consistently delicious, the service quick and friendly. Is this 5 star dining? The food: yes but the service is small town comfort. Servers are kind and knowledgeable without feeling unapproachable. The “bad attitude” referenced in some of their older reviews is just how kind folk talk to each other. Instead of “yes sir” you have “absolutely brah”. If you don’t like that go to a mainland style restaurant and leave these awesome people alone.
Thank you for the awesome service and wonderful food. The kalbi boneless ribs on mash is one of my all time comfort foods now. Mahalo nui for your kindness
