“The staff here is INCREDIBLE!! We had a car issue on vacation and the staff was amazing (not the Alamo car center) but the local staff.
They were friendly at pickup, drop-off and with the car issue. This Aloha spirit they have and customer service hands down would make me choose this car rental company in Kauai time and time again.
Side note - my parents were with us on vacation, chose a different rental car company our customer service experiences were night and day

“We rented An older ACed Corolla with RAW and everything went smoothly. The car worked fine, was clean, and cost was as advertised. I got to use my old Bluetooth radio transmitter so I could use my phone for map audio which was perfect. Besides having a few bells and whistles I don’t see the reason to rent a new car and pay 2X more. I also liked the personal attention to detail and being able to work with a local business. Our Uber driver didn’t even know about this company which was a kick. Great service-
We forgot something small in the car and RAW mailed it to us promptly. Getting Uber to/from location was easy. Lyft was a bit less expensive. 10$ each way.
We will definitely use again. Thank you RAW!”

“Our flight was delayed by 4 hours. We landed around 1am. The bus pulled up and took us to our rental. They stayed open late so ensure we had our car ready. Super fast check out and check in. The car was spotless. Really appreciate the service.”

“I am glad I used this local Kauai business! It was only $100 for a 3 day rental, the car was clean with a full tank of gas and the owners of this car rental pleasant to work with! Their lot was not too hard to find, although not right at the airport, it was close enough.”

“I had a good experience with Dollar. The shuttle was convenient, the staff was friendly and I didn't have a problem with my reservation or my car. The car had many scratches, so I took pictures with my phone, but they didn't give me any trouble when I returned it. Overall a good experience!”
“Abholung des Autos hat wunderbar geklappt, obwohl wir 24 Stunden zu spät waren. Den einen Stern Abzug gibt es, weil die Eingabe am Computer durch den Mitarbeiter sehr lange gedauert hat. “I expected less according to ratings but had no problems as far as professionalism, friendliness, and service. -1 FOR ALL RENTALS. The rentals (and airport) OPENS AT 5AM. No self drop offs. Try not to panic if you have a 6am flight like we were lol. It should be plenty of time since its a fairly small airport to navigate. Got worried when the shuttle didnt show up till 520am but made it okay. It helps if you have other family members checking your bags in while you return the car and catch the shuttle back.”
