“Great care goes into transforming their humble but amazingly fresh ingredients into aloha on a plate. Their Shoyu Ahi poke is one of the best dishes I've had anywhere.”
“Convenient and overpriced. We stayed at Aulani and went to check it out. Wow everything was pricey since it's across the major resorts. The food was good enough”
“I was very satisfied when I visited this store.Their staff were very friendly especially Jo Manuel.I will definitely be back and my friends! ??????”
“Crispy, salty fried chicken! Skin and all, yum! Not the most heart healthy, but heck, we live only once, and having it once in a while is okay! That's what I always get after hiking on the North Shore and heading back home! 2 pcs + rice for $6.99.
Also got good tasting rolls and musubis too!
After getting that, walk next door for their famous snow puffies!!”
“I had a very good experience staying at this resort. It is a family friendly resort. One of the nicest free amenities on a beach property is the use of a washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. The room has a laundry hamper and recycling bin as well. The resort is a timeshare and the rooms are able to open or expand in to larger full kitchen or private bedrooms. The standard room I stayed in was with a partial kitchen. It included a mini fridge, sink, dishes, coffee pot, rice cooker, silverware. Coffee was provided. I had a beautiful view of the resort and a partial view of the ocean. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided attached to the shower wall. The brand used is Mālie (mango nectar). It smells really great. Parking is $45 a day for valet or self parking. It was a little difficult at first to find the correct tower parking but not after you figure out where you need to park for your room. There’s a marketplace with food and groceries on site. Items are reasonably priced to match local prices. The restaurants on location are more expensive. There are grills on the property available for use if you want to cook your own meat. I did not use them. The pools are very nice and the lava tube water slide is fast and fun. It closes around 6pm. There are 3 pools and many hot tubs. One pool has a waterfall and cave to go through. No lifeguards. The beach is calm and beautiful. I did the timeshare presentation and it sounded good. I was unsure if it would be a good fit for me right and did not buy. The presentation took about 3-4 hours. The steam room and sauna were very nice. There are separate locker rooms adjacent to the fitness area. I would stay here again and had a great experience overall. I was spending a lot of time outside of the resort exploring the island, but enjoyed the evenings there. There are activities held by the resort during the day that I was unable to participate in.”
“Went out to Mokuleia to camp over the weekend and this store was just a 5 minute drive away and had literally everything you might need, all the essentials and necessities. And the aunties working were so kind and helpful. Love this place!”
“It awesome ladies wear and men's wear are always good to browse but in times of need this is where you'll have to check out when needing a fast evening wear.”
“So from what I was told there's an interesting fact about this store, apparently this store is actually the first 7 eleven they opened. It is also the most profitable of all the 7 eleven nation wide ! How cool is that ?? I can see why though they customer service is awesome they always have what I need but there is just one issue I have with the store. See I use several money apps such as PayPal, cash app and chime and this store does sell PayPal cards and what not but they don't Reload or deposit the cards here. Now in my opinion if u sell a reloadable card u should also be able to that now the thing that annoys me is there was a time that certain workers had reloaded the cards for me. I could go in now Reload with one worker and go in tomorrow n another worker will tell me they don't do that at that store. I think they tell you that they don't do it when they don't know how to do it and it's annoying that there are very few workers that have been trained to do everything they are suppose to and there are more workers who can't do anything their job requires them to do. Other than that I love the store haha”

“Always friendly & kind / thru keep the store well stocked & immaculate. The ATM always works too and fresh flowers are always ready to give to my lady picking up on the way home.”
“Service was good and easy to walk in and out. Price is above 7/11 prices. I like that it does not have the homeless people bothering you outside like most store around the area”
“It's a pretty decent convenience store. And didn't get a five star because of the quality of the food at the deli. But other than that it's a convenience store so things are a bit more expensive.”
“7-Eleven in Hawaii reminded me of the stores in Tokyo, and now I know why. 7-Elevens are Japanese owned , but unlike the mainland, Hawaiian 7-Elevens strive to keep it stocked with local Hawaiian foods you can't find anywhere else. The butter mochi is so friggin yummy (the Hawaiian version of Malaysian/Filipino bibingka), as are the wheat buns, and the Miso Salmon and Kombu Musubi roll was an addiction I nursed throughout our time in Hawaii. I don't eat meat, but the plate lunch looked super yummy, and the bento boxes! They have manapuas recommended by even the boujee travel magazines. They have poi mochi donuts, different ube bakery options, including these fantastic ube cookies that we bought a couple times and brought back to our hotel. And they sell kulolo, and Haupia (the Hawaiian version of Malaysian agar agar). Safe to say we stopped at a couple different 7-Elevens as we cruised around the island. What a great find we stumbled upon through sheer curiosity. And of course all of the staff had the Aloha spirit we found so plentiful everywhere we went on the island.”

“What's not to love about our local Long's? You never find a better drug store on the mainland, even if they merged with CVS. Long's is the best, you can find everything from Slippahs to Soda and everything we love the best in Hawaii.”
“I gave the 76 gas station just because I had no issues. The 76 stations typically have great locations. Prices? Normally can find lower priced gas but it is not worth the trouble. If I can’t make it to my normal gas station I normally opt for 76. I’ve had nothing but good experiences for years when it comes to the staff.”
“Newly renovated and updated to reflect Japanese 7-11s. Many standard food staples but their deli has an expanded menu that includes maki sushi, spam musubi, obento, and dumplings. Also found many types of instant ramen and yakisoba. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. I hope this style of 7-11 becomes the standard all over the U.S.”
“This is a very good place to get gas, they have lots of pumps and the store has a lot of snacks and different drinks, plus they have good prices and take the Kamaaina Card for points if you are a member.”
“I’m a regular here and know all the ladies that work there. They automatically know what I need. The gas pumps are close together so you gotta work your around that but no biggie. Don’t use pump 2 it takes forever lol but I prefer it over the 7-11 close to my house because I enjoy seeing my regular faces everyday”
“Choice store! One stop shop for all your needs. Nice owner and cool employee's. Ample parking, clean store and a great gathering place for the neighborhood. They have a great and varied selection of products. Check it out if you're ever in the area!”
“Location location location, saved my day when I needed to fill up on gas. They have good snacks inside too that cooled me off and filled my belly. Very nice and helpful staff.”
“Last day of November 2016 I stopped by the 7-11 Hawaii Makai location to purchase an adult monthly bus pass. When I stepped foot into the store I was greeted by one of two employees. I had asked the employees if they had the December 2016 bus pass. One of the employees said that they ran out. The second employee, Paula, said that she would check if they have some bus passes from the back stock. Since the bus pass was locked up in a timed safe...Paula had asked me if I could wait. I told her I don't mind waiting. In the meantime I browsed around the store and took notice that 7-11 Hawaii sells Ted's Bakery pies by the slice. I noticed the blueberry cream pie and the chocolate haupia cream pie. The chocolate haupia cream pie was calling my name. :) I grabbed a slice of pie and approached the counter. Paula hands the other employee the extra adult December bus passes. I paid for my purchases and left the store to head to work. Big mahalo to Paula for going the extra mile in checking to see if there was any more back stock of December bus passes. Greatly appreciated. If the store actually ran out of the bus passes then I would have to check 7-11 Mauka (across from my workplace) and 7-11 Makaha since they are the alternative stores in purchasing a monthly bus pass. 176/200”
“We hiked the pink pill box trail and stumbled upon this hidden gem afterwards..... WOW!!!!! Amazing shave ice - the portions sizes are HUGE!!!! Get it with ice cream a snow cap topping... soooooo good!”
“Nanakuli polynesian store food is fresh out the oven and they serve the best polynesian food. There's is better than waianae polynesian store. Waianae polynesian store serve the same cook food from 4 or 5 days ago and be tasting funny. 5 ? ? ? ? ? for Nanakuli polynesian store. ?”
“This store is located in the Haleiwa Store Lots. There's parking in the back and I am always so lucky to find one, even on a Saturday! The store offers freshfruits, cold beverages, little snacks, souvenirs, and local artist appeal/goods. They are reasonably priced and have a wide variety of things to choose from.”
“Yuen’s is my hometown liquor store. It’s the first store coming into Nanakuli. I grew up going to this store. Brad & Warren, brothers took turns running the place one in the morning, one in the evening. They would rotate shifts. They hired different people throughout the years, and Brads wife also did some shifts. But anywho they are iconic and is better than fast stop!!”

“Great customer service. All in one stop. Pho, manapua, and gas...only in Hawaii nei. The pho was surprisingly tasty. We tried the Beef Pho for $5.59. Good deal. The manapua was $2.05. Gas, not going mention but it was needed. ?”
