“Great customer service. All in one stop. Pho, manapua, and gas...only in Hawaii nei. The pho was surprisingly tasty. We tried the Beef Pho for $5.59. Good deal. The manapua was $2.05. Gas, not going mention but it was needed. ?”

“Best poke on the island! This is one of those if you know, you know places. The food here is really good! In addition to the best poke, they have delicious Filipino food. When it comes to poke, my favorite is the Kaarie. It is a masterful blend of ahi, cucumbers, imitation crab meat, and avocado, with the typical spicy sauce. When ordering a poke bowl, I usually get the two choice option. For my second poke, I either get the Sweet Areya Oyster Poke (Oyster Sauce) or the Shoyu. The Oyster Sauce one is similar to the shoyu, but a little bit saltier. When it comes to the cooked food, my favorites are the chicken adobo and two of the noodles (chow fun and pancit). The adobo is very tasty, however, it does have bones (my kryptonite). The chow fun is tasty and not as oily as traditional Chinese style chow fun and the pancit is just as you would expect it--traditional and delicious! Oh, and I cannot forget to mention the cascaron. So delicious! If you are not familiar, cascaron is a Filipino donut made of deep-fried ground glutinous rice, grated coconut, and sugar (thanks google for the formal definition). They are round and about the size of golf balls. They come with 4 on a stick, so you can share with a companion if you are feeling generous. Great dessert after a poke bowl! The aunties that work here are extremely nice. The store is tucked away in the small strip mall behind the Waialua Public Library. If you are out on the North Shore, this place is certainly worth a visit if you want to treat yourself to some seriously tasty poke and Filipino food.”

“This cute little place reminded me of that shop in Frontierland... Tucked in a cavelike setting with nostalgia decor this shop is very tiny but carries many necessities like snacks, pool and outdoor gears, what I do love that they have here is their coolest variety of leather bracelet with specific or all the Disney character even Aulani tropical touches and it can be personalized all right there. The staff here is just a delight, friendly and helpful with any questions or just a fun chat, feeling like I'm at the park with all the super cute merchandise really got me picking up stuff but did hold back. Just about everything here does have that Disney flair and who doesn't love that!! Thank you!”

“I am Japanese. I was staying at Aulani and got a takeout poke bowl here. When I was wondering about the type of poke, they let me try it!When I chose hawaiian ahi, it was seasoned with sesame oil to suit the Japanese palate! The other toppings were nori, avocado, and green onion! It was delicious, so I recommend it to Japanese people staying in the area! Please note that it closes at 6pm, and if you go late, you may be told that they don't have white rice!Other than the poke bowls at this restaurant, the packaged foods (curry, herb chicken) have a slightly unique flavor, so many Japanese people may not like them.”

“I come here often for the Korean foods and bon chan. Kind of pricey but worth it. I constantly rotate between the fried chicken, fried calamari, & the Korean pancake (veggie tempura). But my last visit I chose the chicken w different bon chan. I got the Namasu (vinegary and sweet and I think there is a slight spicy to it) it tastes like pickled seaweed w bits of onion and carrots, the dried Dai Kong (radish) Kim Chee style and the taegu (codfish -I think- w a sweet spice).”

“Ask to join the Kama'aina rewards program and swipe your card or enter your phone number to earn points every time you put gas and/or buy snacks. There are 6 pumps at this gas station and are spaced out. However I've seen large and wide vehicles pull in so it could be of a hassle to wait for an open pump away from them. Either way, it's easy to pull up, get gas and snacks and go on your merry way to the beach.”

“Yuen’s is my hometown liquor store. It’s the first store coming into Nanakuli. I grew up going to this store. Brad & Warren, brothers took turns running the place one in the morning, one in the evening. They would rotate shifts. They hired different people throughout the years, and Brads wife also did some shifts. But anywho they are iconic and is better than fast stop!!”

“Service was good and easy to walk in and out. Price is above 7/11 prices. I like that it does not have the homeless people bothering you outside like most store around the area”

“Mitzi, shop owner, is the kindest, sweetest lady. Her shop is located in Kapolei between the library and police station nearest Haumea st. She's a few doors down from the Post office. She sells an assortment of drinks, snacks, popcorn, slurpees, and even makes little bentos like mixed veggies, breakfast bentos. She also makes the best musubis. If you're in the area and need some munchies, definitely make a stop to see her.”

“Love this location! The Employees here are very helpful and hard working. On top of not having to drive to Waianae, having a CVS here in Mākaha is not only convenient but, also appreciated! It's not open 24 Hrs but they're open until 11pm Monday thru Thursday and open until Midnight Friday and Saturday. Some Ohana nearby don't have a car or can afford to have perishable food stay fresh on a Bus ride considering the amount of stops between Waianae and Mākaha. This location allows them to keep the food as fresh as possible until they get home. 5 Stars!”

“Newly renovated and updated to reflect Japanese 7-11s. Many standard food staples but their deli has an expanded menu that includes maki sushi, spam musubi, obento, and dumplings. Also found many types of instant ramen and yakisoba. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. I hope this style of 7-11 becomes the standard all over the U.S.”

“So from what I was told there's an interesting fact about this store, apparently this store is actually the first 7 eleven they opened. It is also the most profitable of all the 7 eleven nation wide ! How cool is that ?? I can see why though they customer service is awesome they always have what I need but there is just one issue I have with the store. See I use several money apps such as PayPal, cash app and chime and this store does sell PayPal cards and what not but they don't Reload or deposit the cards here. Now in my opinion if u sell a reloadable card u should also be able to that now the thing that annoys me is there was a time that certain workers had reloaded the cards for me. I could go in now Reload with one worker and go in tomorrow n another worker will tell me they don't do that at that store. I think they tell you that they don't do it when they don't know how to do it and it's annoying that there are very few workers that have been trained to do everything they are suppose to and there are more workers who can't do anything their job requires them to do. Other than that I love the store haha”

“Seeing as this is close to my house, it's my go to 7 11 store. For being one of the busiest on the west side, smooth as butter this staff. Keep up the great work. Cold Food items go fast, better come early vs later.”

“Hands down one of the best poke places on the island. It's in a grocery store-so don't expect it to be a sit down restaurant, etc. Also, prices are very reasonable compared to other poke places. Definitely stop by/visit if in the area.”

“One of our favorite places for a staycation! My kids love the pools, game room, and all the activities that are provided. The workers are really nice too.

Rooms: We had a 2 bedroom villa. It was very spacious, which included a full kitchen, laundry, and 2 full bathrooms.

Safety: We could walk around late at night and not have to worry. Security is everywhere.

Food & drinks: We ate at Longboards once. The food is good, but a bit pricey. We mostly cooked in our room since we had a kitchen.”

“This store is located in the Haleiwa Store Lots. There's parking in the back and I am always so lucky to find one, even on a Saturday! The store offers freshfruits, cold beverages, little snacks, souvenirs, and local artist appeal/goods. They are reasonably priced and have a wide variety of things to choose from.”

“I’m a regular here and know all the ladies that work there. They automatically know what I need. The gas pumps are close together so you gotta work your around that but no biggie. Don’t use pump 2 it takes forever lol but I prefer it over the 7-11 close to my house because I enjoy seeing my regular faces everyday”

“I gave the 76 gas station just because I had no issues. The 76 stations typically have great locations. Prices? Normally can find lower priced gas but it is not worth the trouble. If I can’t make it to my normal gas station I normally opt for 76. I’ve had nothing but good experiences for years when it comes to the staff.”

“7-Eleven in Hawaii reminded me of the stores in Tokyo, and now I know why. 7-Elevens are Japanese owned , but unlike the mainland, Hawaiian 7-Elevens strive to keep it stocked with local Hawaiian foods you can't find anywhere else. The butter mochi is so friggin yummy (the Hawaiian version of Malaysian/Filipino bibingka), as are the wheat buns, and the Miso Salmon and Kombu Musubi roll was an addiction I nursed throughout our time in Hawaii. I don't eat meat, but the plate lunch looked super yummy, and the bento boxes! They have manapuas recommended by even the boujee travel magazines. They have poi mochi donuts, different ube bakery options, including these fantastic ube cookies that we bought a couple times and brought back to our hotel. And they sell kulolo, and Haupia (the Hawaiian version of Malaysian agar agar). Safe to say we stopped at a couple different 7-Elevens as we cruised around the island. What a great find we stumbled upon through sheer curiosity. And of course all of the staff had the Aloha spirit we found so plentiful everywhere we went on the island.”
