Rianna is so good at what she does that I ended up leaving the store with more than I intended. Love Rianna, she should open her own store one day!”

“It was a very pleasant and great learning experience as you realize the bad habits and laziness that you develop growing up with your shoes and feet. Also I didn’t realize that all of these years I was wearing the wrong shoe size. I could feel the difference with the supports in the shoes. I came in with pain in my feet when exercising. I’ll know in time whether it has helped but I’m off to a great start. George was of great help educating us and providing excellent service with the fitting of the supports. He was very personable and knowledgeable in the feet and the products that they sell and support.”

Theme is wood based products mostly intended for shelf space.

You can layer the panels to make "pop out" style individualized art. They also have wood frame cut-out art pieces.

Definitely a unique offering on island. Priced reasonable as well.

In future iterations, they'd benefit their cut-out more detailed artwork scaling to allow family photos to frame "in perspective". Some of the landscape artwork are primed for it.

“I've suffered with plantars and metatarsal issues and the arch support and style of Eccos are great for my feet. This store has a wide variety of styles and sales going on. Myong at the Waikele store was super friendly and helpful about the care of my Ecco Cosmos. I've never owned nubucks and she went out of her way to demonstrate its care. I will be back for more because she made me feel comfortable and confident about my purchase.”

“I went in to pick up my order and was immediately greet by two young Ladies. One of which was Alexis. Alexis asked how she could help me and I had informed her that I had an order. She grabbed it and set me up to try them on in a changing room. She wrote my Name on the door and said that it was ready when I was. After trying the clothes on Alexis helped me with my purchase. Our conversation about the Mickey and Minnie Mouse Christmas shirt took our conversation to why I love Christmas so much and how I Decorate in an extreme way. Lol.. Alexis just made my night and she is such a conversationalist!! I shared with her some of my Decorations and she lit up with excitement. We need more people like Alexis in this world!! “I had a very satisfying experience at this Waikele store today. There were several offers for rewards I’ve been receiving in my gmail for several weeks already. But every time I visit to claim it, the reward I wanted to use in purchasing the Crocs would not apply. This morning I tried again to buy without a reward offer this time. This new associate, Ana who comes from New Zealand 2 months ago, helped me find the models and colors I wanted to buy for my wife and for myself. When the manager whose name is also Ana overheard my unfulfilled expectations about their rewards offer, she offered to assist the younger Ana. I finally got a reward for $5.00 and also got the exact color my wife wanted; which arrived the previous day! Their sales associate are very helpful and friendly. When the color of the Crocs I wanted to buy for my son was not available when I first visited last week, they called their Kapolei branch and reserved one for me. I’m a huge fan of Famous Footwear in their stores in Hawaii and California. Two of us in the family have to buy new pairs of shoes every 6 months because of planter fasciitis. Famous Footwear has the wide selection of different brands and models you don’t have to far anymore. It’s a one-stop shop!”

“I came here to buy me new Nike shoes and my daughter some black boots. The boots and my Nike"s were pretty affordable. I signed up for the rewards program. It's easy and fast. Give them your name, email address and phone number to the lady and you get the buy one get one half off. I saw white shoes with a hot pink Nike logo. Cute. My daughter found some black boots. I told her to get them. Good thing they had her size. They were pretty busy today. They had nice shoes but I forgot to get new slippers but I will get those somewhere else. Highly recommend this store for affordable shoes. I would definitely come back. Located inside the mall across from Old Navy.”

“I've been in this store twice. I don't know too much about Clarks. I've seen their Cloudsteppers being sold on QVC, so I came down to check it out. The slippers were light and airy in person. I was in my usual size 8. They were running a special and I got two pairs for $80. The salesgirl was helpful. She went and got the sizes I needed.The second time I was in the store, no one was around to help me. The slippers weren't on sale and it wasn't a good deal. I didn't get anything on that day.”

“My mom was having foot pain so her physical therapist recommended for her to buy shoes from this store. When my mom and I entered the store, there was one worker working that was helping another customer at the register but the worker still greeted us when we walked in. That was nice, because it was our first time in this store ever so we felt welcomed. When the worker was done cashing out the customer. She told us her name was Leilani and asked if we had any questions. My mom wanted to try out some shoes, so Leilani brought the shoes from the back for my mom to try. Since my mom was in some pain, my mom was apologizing for how slow she was putting the shoes on. Leilani said "no worries, take your time." That made me feel good because I didn't feel like we were being rushed. My mom ended up wanting a black shoe that wasn't available at this location. Leilani checked the system and saw it was available at another location. So I paid for the shoes and we were told that it will be ready for pick up the next day. My mom was very happy and excited because the shoes were so comfortable. She is on her feet a-lot for work, so I know she was looking forward to go back to work with comfortable supportive shoes. Come the next day, they left a voicemail saying that the delivery person forgot my moms shoe order at the other store location and that the shoes will be ready for pick up on Monday instead. That upset me because we were told it was would ready for pick up the next day, it was already paid for and because the delivery person forgot my moms order she would have to wait 5 days (Shoes were purchased on Wednesday. Was told it would be delivered next day Thursday, but now Monday!!) My mom told the person on the phone she can't wait till Monday because she goes back to work tomorrow. The person on the phone said she will call my mom back and let her know the status. My mom called back around 1pm and was told it will be ready for pick up tomorrow, not today. My mom explained to that person again that she is going back to work tomorrow. So the person said she will figure out a solution and give my mom a call back. The person calls my mom back and says that Leilani will drive to that location to pick up the shoes before her work shift. Leilani thank you soooo much!! You had to go out of your way to get the shoes yourself, before your work shift, just because the delivery person forgot to grab it themselves. My mom and I are very grateful for your help and going the extra mile to get her shoes to her.”

“Has many trendy items that sell out fast here. This store has helpful staff, and I can always find a quick last-minute gift here. Good shoe inventory from heels to athletic shoes. The 4 stars is that they brought in a plus sized section. It cut into the usual inventory. I know the store is now serving all body types but there are fewer smalls, mediums and size 5 items.”

“Went in and got my foot measured. Turns our I'm a medium arch! I always thought I was flat footed. They fitted me for insoles. They are a bit hard, but I got used to them and I'm hoping that they are helping my foot health. They are not as cheap as Wal-Mart, but those were soft, but not very durable. I have been wearing them for about a month now and occasionally the outside edge of my foot hurts since the weight is off of the arch now. The service was very good.”

“I visited the smaller store near Le Sport which carries kids clothing! I have to say i loved their kids clothing and wow to the really affordable pricing! I love supporting local when possible and this store has excellent customer service with pricing that is affordable in a time where the state of our economy is negatively impacting many people. The clothes are super stylish, but one suggestion i have is to size up as things seem to run small. For a size 8 child i went with 10 and that fit perfectly as shown in the picture (top and bottom). I could have gone 12 and it still would have been fine with a little more wiggle room! But seriously the fabric is so nice:) Most items were $6-$10 range! I will def be going back for some of the cute dresses and rompers they have!”

“I think this location has the most options. I'm always greeted when entering. And almost always someone will stop by asking if I need help. They've really gotten some cute aloha wear for girls. And almost always they're on sale. Jeans Warehouse is really stepping it up”
