“Originally bought a beauty rest black series 4 from slumber world. This place had the series 3 which is a bit of a downgrade but the price was 30% less. Definitely worth the swap. Troy was helpful and kind.

Justin provided us with the best customer service from the time we entered although he was assisting other customers at the time he came over and acknowledged us and welcome us and let us know he’d be with us as soon as he was done assisting the couple in front of us. He was a great multitasker … beds have changed so much over the years there are so many to choose from and he made sure to explain the details of each to us.
This was our 3rd bed we purchased from slumber world because of the customer service and quality they provide from free delivery and carrying it upstairs to set it up to taking away of our old bed so worth it. No injuries just nice to fall into our new bed and relax . Mahalo Justin”

“Nathan Lee was very helpful and in detail he explained everything I ordered for another tempur-pedic mattress for my
granddaughters bed and what I’ll be getting. He asked me if I had any concerns and reminded me to just ask him at any time. He conveyed to me a feeling of not only a salesman but more of a friend and I will always order from him and will always encourage other friends of mine to do the same. He even remembered me from 5 years ago when I ordered two tempur-pedic mattresses with bedframes with drawers which we are enjoying right now. I think he should get more stars for his services.

“Will at the Kapolei Red Knot was really helpful in guiding us to the best choices for our living room floor lamp and chair. The lamp is beautiful and the chair will be delivered on Friday. “We have a round table at home and was shopping today only for new dining chairs. Dan was so helpful and very patient as we went back and forth undecided between our two choices. Dan brought over the chairs and placed them around a round table so we could decide on the fit and help visualize if the style of the chair would work for us. “I stumbled upon this store and family owners 30 years ago when I needed loveseat for my office and round swivel chairs (with leather covered seats) for our kitchen at home. After a couple of decades of daily use and reupholstering, I had to toss out both. I was never happy with what I bought after this from a different furniture store. So I recently went back, and I’m very glad I did! I found the perfect leather loveseat for my office and custom cushions for our dining room. They have given my space a subtle elegant touch. The store owners are super nice solid local Asian family with good ethics; I totally trust them. I hope they will stay in business for a very long time. (Let me try to figure out how to post pictures. It might have to be a separate post.)”

“We have a guest bedroom that has been hardly used. So, we decided to remodel it to a Japanese style room with Tatami mats and found the Sannaka West on the Internet. After a consultation with a well thought out plan, our Japanese room was completed yesterday. They brought a carpenter from Japan specializing in the Japanese carpentry. His skill is simply amazing. The finished product is so precisely assembled and it looks like one of those rooms in expensive Japanese Inns. We also purchased the Japanese style cushions, a coffee table, and 2 sets of Futon from them. Great quality. Yes, they can be expensive but totally worthwhile. We are very happy with the quality of their service and products. I haven't been to their new showroom yet but will visit and buy a few items for our new room. RECOMMENDED.”
