“What a pleasant experience at PCAW (Pearl City Auto Works). I had 2 electrical problems with my vehicle which required a partial disassembly of the dash. PCAW correctly identified the cause of the electrical problem and corrected the problem and reassembled the dash to its original condition using great care as my vehicle was a 2000 Ranger and the clips etc. required extra care to prevent breaking. A special thank you goes to Shay for her assistance in scheduling my appointments and keeping me informed as to the arrival of parts needed and the status of the repairs to my truck. I will definitely be a return customer.”

“Hats off to 808 SAFETY as sson as I got out the car and had my Sequoia done for a safety check was greeted with Aloha. Next day I came to get and oil change and no BS called @0800 (business wasn't even open yet) asked if they had openings he said yes. I live literally behind the shop takes 2min commute. When I arrived @ Waianae Goodyear, Richard P was professional & took the time to look at my tires & recommended the next steps I should take. They all treated me with respect & was understanding with no pressure. Because I was late today & had unexpected issues I will need to return for my services once everything is all in order. “This business is really well organized and knowledgeable!
I made an appointment to have my power window lift assembly repaired, and they told me that it would take a max of 2 hrs. to finish and quoted me a really good price.
When I dropped off my car they got on it right away, and had the assembly disassembled in less than 10 minutes ! They completed the job in less than 1 hr.
I'm EXTREMELY PLEASED with my experience and.....

“Tire was leaking air couldn’t find any leak my self gave TopLevel cars a call and they answered immediately and told me i could bring it in the same day and they would check it out. They found the nail in my inner sidewall replaced the tire and had me driving again the same day. The service was also so great so easy to work with no bullshit just good work.”
