The reason for my visit on Feb 28:
Feb 27 I received a text informing me my phone plan didn’t renew on time. I thought I had been on auto pay for months.
I explained to Maria Ailyn my situation. Also, a few hours before my visit I discovered my phone had been turned off. I then showed her all the text messages re the previous months confirming payment was successful.
Please know that whatever date I attempted to set up “Auto Pay” I sincerely I believed I had done correctly.
It’s obviously an error on my part which caused this misunderstanding — I apologize.
Re Maria Ailyn never implied any fault.
Her interaction with me I felt was beyond impressive. She obviously realized my limited knowledge re cell phones.
This should tell you everything about how I felt about my visit:

I’m planning to buy a new phone from Maria probably tomorrow, we did discuss a certain promo phone. I planned to return earlier — caught the Flu.

The budget I had is $300 cause that’s all I could afford and my helper Rey did a great job in making my budget worth it while still having a great experience! Came down to your location(Pearl Kai)this past sunday to get help with my phone problem & she was excellent & very patient with me cause girrrllll it's the 3rd phone I bought in 1 month, all 3 had the same problem? so you can kinda see the heat I was bringing. Anyways, although I still had to buy a whole new phone, she was super helpful. Walked me through the steps & i appreciate it. She needs a promotion immediately? BTW, yal need to fix yal insurance..cause how do yal expect people to pay for insurance & yet when it's needed, we have to wait 3-5 business day for the claim?? “The Staff is a bit quiet and friendly. I had a terrible time unlocking my cell phone physically. Even remotely the staff did everything to help me. Do not use the Samsung A series to port your number over from TM to boost. Better to buy or finance a cell phone from boost. Which I am doing because I have no other choice. The plans are the best for cell service TM doesn't have enough Towers in the Southside of EWB.”

EVERYTIME I go in there kelcee tells me its time to upgrade my phone (im stubborn and dont listen) also tells me if we doing auto pay today. always consistent when i see her always tryna get me to do something in there.
