“I really enjoy banking and free checking at Washington Fexeral I think the best bonus is the design of their mobile banking app. They are quick to serve you, friendly, and respectful. The only thing I would say needs improvement is their weekend hours, are unavailable and it would be nice if they were open on Saturdays. Otherwise, great bank!”
“We went into the bank and met the loan officer, Chase, and he worked with us and helped us in every detail that had to be done. If I couldn't figure out what the message wanted me to do, I would go into the bank and he would help me. Always so professional and willing to help and they knew their job and answered every question we had written down. It took longer than we thought it would but he kept us updated with each step. Another loan officer, Kyle, was needed to work with us and he was great also. We always felt they were helping us to accomplish the task not just a job. “I went into the bank because when I called McAfee they said I no longer had an active account with them but in fact I paid for a 2 year subscription. I tried to bring it up on my phone but my statements only went to 12/24. Because I didn’t have a date or amount because McAfee said I didn’t have an account maya had to look through all my statements for 2024! It took her a few minutes but she was able to find it for me! When ever I have to go to the bank either through the drive thru or come in everyone is always friendly and helpful. I appreciate all that they do!

“Quite honestly, all of the 1 star reviews surprise me. I've been a member of this credit union since around 2016 when it was Icon Credit Union and Horizon acquired Icon about a year ago. This credit union is the perfect size... big enough to where you can get things done and helped, but small enough to where the tellers, officers, and location manager all remember your name. I have needed to go there more than normal over the last month and JJ (the location manager) has been incredibly helpful. All of the tellers are very kind and the loan officer who has helped me in the past (Brandon) is very helpful as well. I've had no problem being a member of this credit union and do not plan on leaving. Am excited to see how Horizon continues to grow over time.”
