“So the truth is, I didn’t go here however my son took our Dutch friends here and they raved about what a great place it was. The three of them said it was clean and well kept with a good mix of equipment and most importantly the staff was awesome. They said they were extremely helpful and friendly and because of this my wife and I will need to check it out. They have been to guns all over and said it was good and let me know I needed to write a review for them. Thank you for treating our friends well.”

“I was in town visiting for a few days. My daughter is an existing member, so I went to a couple of classes. I was warmly welcomed and received good coaching (I’m a new cross fit participant at home too). If you are a local looking for a gym or traveling and need a drop in location, this is a great option.”

“I joined Magni after visiting for a wod with friends. The members are all friendly and helpful, gym is clean and equipment is all in great shape. Most importantly, the coaches are amazing! They are smart and on top of movement descriptions and instruction. The programming is challenging and different. Thanks for making us feel welcome!!”
“Dope Boxing is so fun! All the coaches for the BOOM classes are really nice and encouraging. I had zero experience with boxing prior to joining and was a little nervous about that but these classes can truly be done by anyone!”
“Lindsay today on a Saturday morning with a full studio helped me with my form on deadlifts. All of my instructors have been positive and go the extra mile to make sure I push myself to get the best results. So grateful. I've been to class 15 of the 17 days I've been here and I always look forward to it”

“Highly recommend Verdant CrossFit! Verdant was my very first CrossFit experience and I could not be more grateful to Basile, Hannah, and all the coaches for incredible programming and community. If you are looking for a gym to join, look no further.”
“The facility is awesome, and the workout was great! Steve and Ally (sp?) were exceptional. I am looking for additions/alternatives, but I am still several months out from making a decision. That being said, TruHit is a great option for me.”

“Dropped in for 4 days of WODs while in town for business. Walked in to a coach with a wide range knowledge that he applies to every class. I was glad to get my running form analyzed by a pro.”
“I started training in a semi-private class about 4 months ago. My top goals were pain management (due to low back injuries) and increased bone/muscle density (as I'm a middle aged gal). Justin is a safety conscious trainer, who teaches best practices and modifications to help us get up to speed. His classes push us physically (much more than I typically push myself in my own workouts), but don't leave me feeling injured. I have noticed significant decreases in the amount of pain I am dealing with in my low back in all of my daily activities and overall increased strength and energy. Additionally Justin has done a great job showing us a medley of different ways to target different muscle groups, with combinations of body weight, free weight, and machine exercises. This has really boosted my confidence when going to the gym.”

“I have had a number of trainers over the course of my years but none as helpful and informative as Scott. He works with me to help not only in strength training but nutrition as well. He is helping me work thru my unhealthy relationship to food and making me realize that the only way to lose weight is to eat not starve yourself! He pushes me and is helping me see that I am in fact an athlete! I highly recommend him!”
“We highly recommend Unique Fitness Methods. Ryan and his team are amazing! They assess your goals, fitness level, diet and any physical limitations you may have then customize a program perfectly suited to you. Their facilities are clean and modern with equipment we have not seen at other gyms. They are supportive, upbeat and always cheer you on. They are super knowledgeable if you are recovering from an injury (as I was), and help you strengthen your body safely to recover more quickly. Again, Ryan and his team are the best!”
“I wanted to an update after another 6 months of membership. I've been a member here off and on for years. A few general comments: - The smaller size and location of the gym are positives in my view. If you need to drive and park, though, it's rough. They have parking through the hotel, but it's time limited and the garage gets full and unusable if there are lots of hotel guests or events. - The locker rooms are tiny, barely kept up (broken hooks, and doors, towels strewn about), showers are sort of just a mess (it's one big open space mostly). Also, on the mens restroom, the urinal continues to almost flood daily as it's been kind of clogged forever. You can use it, but don't flush it.. - Cardio machines are ok -- getting on the older side but work well usually Some frustrations continue to include: - They lease out the pool to external swim lessons, so there are large swaths of the day where the pool is basically unusable and kids are running around, screaming, parents are everywhere -- it's a mes - It's also the hotel pool and gym, so between that, swim lessons and normal members, it's a dirty pool if we are being honest. I used to swim here, but I've run into so many gross hairs and "things" underwater that I just can't do it anymore. - It feels like ownership has gotten a little excited post pandemic and membership growth has REALLY taken off the last few months. It's really noticeable and at peak times (4pm-7pm) it's almost impossible to get a weight workout in without massive frustrations. There's simply no space. There's one single real squat rack (the other is a smith machine type thing), a couple benches, one normal bench press ... you'll end up nearly bumping into people just trying to pick up dumbbells. - There also seem to be some third party kettle bell trainers running private training in the gym, which further takes up space and seems to always ALSO be at peak times. - During peak times -- FORGET about trying to even get changed in the locker room. It becomes like trying to change in an aircraft lavatory. - I don't know if they plan to cap memberships, but I worry they won't (like all gyms, they just love the money coming in) ... and it's now teetering on not being a usable gym option just because it's so uniquely small in terms of Sq/Ft. It just doesn't handle the extra people well. - For now I continue to go and mostly enjoy it but only because I have schedule flexibility. If I were forced to only go at after work times, it'd be a tough sell honestly. 4/5 for now -- but it's getting too crowded really quickly”

“I travel a lot for work so usually join CrossFits across the United States, I joined Verdant in March I have seen some of the best coaching I’ve ever seen at any CrossFit gym in my 15 years, the level of professionalism and knowledge from all the coaches is next level, every single coach is highly trained. If you are looking to start CrossFit or have been doing CrossFit for years this is the best gym in Boise and possibly one of the best run gyms in the US, I’m very grateful to have had the chance to be a small part of the community, thank you Basile and Cassie for having such great gyms.”

“I joined this gym because of awesome trainer, Eric Pozel. He greeted me when I first walked in, and I ended up training with him for four transformative months. The facility is very clean, well-organized, and never overcrowded. They offer all of the machines and free weights you need. The entire staff is friendly and professional. If you're looking to elevate your fitness routine, I highly recommend booking personal training sessions with Eric Pozel. His expertise and sense of humor made all the difference in my fitness journey.”

“I have dropped in twice to Arbor CrossFit and have had two excellent experiences. Great coaching by Scotty. Great programming. And the community was so welcoming. They could see that I was a little out of place, so they came right up and asked me to join them during the strength piece of the workout. I have walked away both times with my body being wrecked by the workout and a smile on my face. Highly Recommend!!”
“Super clean spot!!!! I workout mid afternoon and never have a hard time finding a machine or a bench which is great! Everyone seems super nice, I mean gym etiquette being what it is it's a very quiet gym but the people when you do talk have all been really nice. Membership fees are fair , and Super Clean!!! Staff is very polite as well.”
“I’m from Oregon & need to have a trainer when I come to town. I found the BEST place to train ever! Courtney and her team kicked my butt!! I can’t wait to come back!?? I need to add to this review. It’s Easter week and Courtney took me on an Easter egg hunt. OMG! Each egg had an exercise and there were 20 eggs! One of the eggs said I could have a water break, yes only one! (I did take more?) it was the hardest workout I’ve ever done! If it weren’t for Courtney encouraging me to go on, I would not have made it! I’m so proud of myself that I made it! 17 eggs at 62! I thought I was in good shape. ???”

“Ok, so I haven't officially joined - but I took a tour yesterday and have to say this place is a LEGIT. Everything is super clean - from weight/exercise rooms to locker room - all sparkling (I was previously a member of Crunch and it was filthy and disgusting).
Their class offering leaves little to be desired. I'm excited to try their TRX, POD and Ignite classes. The spin room has a lot of bikes, but don't seem too close together.
I also have worked out at other local places where you can only attend a certain number of classes per month (i.e. 8 HIIT for $100/mo and no weight room, spin or yoga). Pivot offers membership which includes fully loaded weight room with treadmills plus UNLIMITED classes for $64/mo.
One thing to note is parking. Busy intersection and the parking garage is free only for the first hour. This wont' actually deter me, and I'm super excited to join.”

“A great old-fashioned gym. There are a few additional machines I wish they had but overall this is exactly the kind of no-nonsense straight forward gym, with real people keeping fit, that I was looking for. The hours they're open (24) is the best feature!”

“Went to my first class today at Ascent! The location was super convenient and the facility is clean and has all the equipment you need for class. My instructor was Chad for the core class and he was great! The class was challenging but still doable (I definitely had to take a few breaks). Chad explained everything in detail, was encouraging, and did the workout with the class.I felt like I got a perfect balance of being pushed and challenged while also the understanding that it was tough! Haha.I’m doing the free week trial right now which is also a really cool feature that they have. Highly recommend.”

“Nice having a gym membership with locations nationwide. I can shower and get a quick workout in when we're traveling. Decent amount of equipment and compared to many gyms this location was pretty clean when we went for Memorial Day weekend.”
“Seriously love being here. Everyone is so friendly and the staff, they are AWESOME!! So much equipment, so many classes. Wish I would’ve discovered it sooner!!”
“Full gym with changing rooms and personal showers. Very clean and secure. I’m very satisfied with this location, digital treadmills and pretty much anything you can think of. I was skeptical about leaving my belongings in a cubby but there are cameras all around the gym. It’s definitely worth the price if you need a gym that’s open 24 hours.”
