The pricing is a lot better than most places and it's awesome that you can sell clothes as well. I've sold clothes here before and they are really great with making sure things move quickly. Over all great staff and prices for the stuff. It reminds me of Buffalo exchange in CA. I do suggest bringing your own bag if you buy stuff since they only sell big reusable bags.”

“This was my first visit, and I saw this BEAUTIFUL coat there and i originally wasn't going to buy it but i couldnt stop thinking about it for the next two days, so i called in and asked if they still had it and this very nice lady told me they did, so i came in to buy it and i was so excited and my cashier (same lady on the phone) was just as excited and enthusiastic for me. We rung it up and turns out i was just a few dollars short, she immediately offered help and grabbed her manager, and they gave me a few coupons to lower the price. 10/10!!! They were so nice and had SOOOO many cool things to look at, I will definitely be coming back”

“Prices are great but because this is a discount store you have to check your items for flaws//damage. Customer service is great when you enter the store, They typically greet you as you enter. Employees are polite at the registers. Dressing room staff can be a little intense but for the most part are polite. I've never had a bad experience. There is no customer service throughout the rest of the store. If you have a large item you have to move it yourself and the carts are too small to move large items. The stores are usually full of merchandise and messy which can make shopping difficult but it is like this at every Ross I have shopped at in every town and state on the western part of the U.S.. I genuinely enjoy shopping at Ross for the value of the name brand products they sell.”
