“I went into postal connection today. Needed a form printed out, and a notary service done, the two ladies in there were very helpful.. My notary form was not the correct writing so they drew up a whole new one and fixed everything and helped me through the computer to get the document out of my email as I was having trouble on my phone. They were super nice. Super polite, and couldn't have done it without them.”
“I use this store quite often and always have great experiences. Today was another good one. I just had foot surgery and needed to get a box sent out. The box was already labeled so I pulled into the lot and called. Trevor answered and I told him what I needed. In a second he was out at my truck, got the box from my back seat and I was on my way. What a great kid, fast and respectful. He did a awesome job.”

Olivia was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure the photos looked good and even did an extra photo as my son was upset that we didn’t get a photo together. “This Vista location, is a wonderful UPS Store, especially their employee Kiley. She is always so friendly and really practices great customer service! I know if Kiley is helping me, she will be very efficient in finding the correct information and processing my mail and packages properly. If I'm unsure about what I need, for example, in getting one of their nice boxes for gifts, shipping, or storage, she's quick to say "no problem" and patiently go over the different sizes and types of boxes they have. This UPS Store and the customers are very lucky to have a great employee like Kiley.”

One thing that really stands out is that they’re always well staffed. It’s so refreshing to walk into a store and see enough people working to actually help customers quickly and efficiently. You don’t feel like you’re waiting forever or that the team is stretched too thin—they run it really well.

“Would have been 5 stars but no Saturday service and package treated as priority needed not to be and put in p.o locker. I'm a Over the road truck driver and it may be another two weeks before I can get back to check. If a 18 wheeler parks on the street in front of the building that's me trying to get my package.”

I have been to this location once and like alot of you who left one star reviews because you probably had a QR code to return an item from an online shipper like myself, begrudgingly found out this is not a FEDEX Corporate store and could not send your return back from this location without a printed label. Don't judge a business by your lack of reading the return instructions entirely... I admit that's exactly what I did, and received courteous professional communication from the gentleman working that day.”

“This is probably the oldest post office in the treasure valley and possibly all of Idaho. The building 4 stories and the blocks ARE NOT fake at all. I can’t imagine what the workers would have done to build this massive building. There is marble floors and some walls with a lot of wood that was made by hand. This is truly a work of art for downtown Boise.”

“This is a one-person post office; one of just a few in the Treasure Valley. Service was quick and friendly. I enjoyed coming here much more than going to the bigger post offices. We stopped in around noon, and I was the only customer.”

“There was a mixup on an important package that was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday. After submitting an online form and stopping into the main office, they had it fixed and the package in my hands within a half hour. Thought I was out of luck since it was a weekend, but they were on it. Shout out to the delivery guy and the package manager. Much appreciated!”
“Margaret was incredibly helpful and had a great sense of humor. She was very careful to inform me on how to send certified and trackable mail with a return receipt (something I’ve never had to do before), and explained everything she was doing in the process. She double checked everything with me so it was sure to get into the right hands and I would have access to the tracking number and other information I required.
Best experience I’ve ever had at a USPS location.
I really hope management reads these reviews and gives her the credit she deserves.
