“I went there as there was a coupon. A guy looked the battery date and asked where I buy and I told Coctco. Then he said it may be under warranty, last month. And more, he called Costco to check warranty and availability. I was lucky to get a new one at Coctco at last month of Warranty.”

“Kyle at this location was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us. We were headed home from a vacation and our car broke down about 3 hours away from this location. We had been to a few parts places and were given the wrong part twice.
Kyle measured the part we needed, looked at all sorts of different parts and exhausted all resources trying to help us. Although they ended up not having the part we needed, he recommended a place for us to try and offered advice and answers to all our questions. If we lived in the area, I’d only go to this location.”

“I did not previously have a favorite auto parts store, but this auto parts store is quickly becoming my favorite. I have previously gotten parts from other auto stores, but I was mildly impressed by their selections, product availability, and store layouts. I am not a car-fixing expert or an expert in locating car parts, I just prefer stores that make it easy to locate the supplies I need to do simple repairs and customizations to my vehicles.

I recently started going to O'Reilly's within the last 2 years. I am becoming comfortable going Oreilly's, particularly this location in Boise because it has a variety of supplies to customize your car, a nice and simple store layout to easily locate supplies, and the employees are knowledgeable and helpful.

The employees helped me locate the best battery for my car type and the correct fluids I should be using for my vehicle. They also helped me select the correct keyed remote replacement battery. Additionally, they searched for a new 4-button keyed remote case for my car that could replace my cracked case without needing to get a whole new keyed remote with the chip from a dealership (as long as the vehicle was made before 2010). The four button lock case at O'Reilly is $16.99. The locksmith fee would be separate, at $50-$75 per hour in Boise, Idaho. The total cost for a case replacement totals $92, with a new battery, about $103. Buying a complete keyed car remote with a new chip would cost me $355 at the dealership for a four-button keyed remote. That is the dealership cost for the key only, not additional programming and key cutting. So, it is clear that O'Reilly's is a less expensive option to replace keyed and keyless remote starter components, in cars produced before 2010, as long as the chip inside does not need replacement.

Overall, this store had every basic car maintenance supply I have gone to them for in the past and are capable of ordering supplies that they do not have. If they do not have something, they tell me where I can get the supply, so I am not endlessly searching for the correct place to buy the repair part I need. I am pleased with this car part store, and it is now my favorite car parts store to go to over other major car part stores I have visited so far.”

“Had an alternator go out right before we made it to O Reilly’s. Not only did Jake come out and give us a jump so we could make it off the road to the store, he price matched and gave amazing help so that we could install it. We need more folks like Jake out there providing such awesome customer service.”

“I had to stop in for a quick can of cleaner for my car seat. It was easy to find and fairly priced. The clerk was nice. I was in and out in just a few minutes (which I like). You just can't go wrong if you need car stuff at O'Reilly's.”

“Needed a new battery for my motorcycle. Ordered online for in-store pickup. Got there to pick it up and was asked if I needed anything else like a charger. I said I have the battery tender (750 milliamp) that is shown as one of the recommended products with the battery I bought. The guy says that from their experience that one won’t charge the battery. My question is, then why show it as a recommended product to go with this battery? Maybe I got hustled into buying a new charger, but it’s fine.”
