    “This was my first visit, and I saw this BEAUTIFUL coat there and i originally wasn't going to buy it but i couldnt stop thinking about it for the next two days, so i called in and asked if they still had it and this very nice lady told me they did, so i came in to buy it and i was so excited and my cashier (same lady on the phone) was just as excited and enthusiastic for me. We rung it up and turns out i was just a few dollars short, she immediately offered help and grabbed her manager, and they gave me a few coupons to lower the price. 10/10!!! They were so nice and had SOOOO many cool things to look at, I will definitely be coming back”

This is a standard all Hot Topics should aim for. The store was clean and very well kept along with kind and courteous staff. Tiffany was so awesome, she helped me find this One Piece piece paper theater that I've been looking for a long time and I was very stoked to be able to find it. She happened to notice another One Piece item I was buying and suggested it. I wish I happened to get the other associates name that was working there at ~2 because they were great and checked the stock room for us twice with a smile. If you find yourself in the Boise mall, make sure you check it out!”
