“This Vista location, is a wonderful UPS Store, especially their employee Kiley. She is always so friendly and really practices great customer service! I know if Kiley is helping me, she will be very efficient in finding the correct information and processing my mail and packages properly. If I'm unsure about what I need, for example, in getting one of their nice boxes for gifts, shipping, or storage, she's quick to say "no problem" and patiently go over the different sizes and types of boxes they have. This UPS Store and the customers are very lucky to have a great employee like Kiley.”

One thing that really stands out is that they’re always well staffed. It’s so refreshing to walk into a store and see enough people working to actually help customers quickly and efficiently. You don’t feel like you’re waiting forever or that the team is stretched too thin—they run it really well.
It’s clear they care about customer service and take pride in what they do. I really appreciate having such a reliable, well-run store in the neighborhood. Highly recommend”

“Would have been 5 stars but no Saturday service and package treated as priority needed not to be and put in p.o locker. I'm a Over the road truck driver and it may be another two weeks before I can get back to check. If a 18 wheeler parks on the street in front of the building that's me trying to get my package.”

“The driver was very helpful. They couldn't deliver our package due to no one on site at the location. They took it back to their dock and put it on will call. Called the dock and they told me where to pick it up. They made it very easy to pick up and loaded it right in my truck. Thank you”

“I needed to get my taxes copied in a hurry today. Stopped into FedEx Office to get my task done. I wasn't sure if they were open. It was about 5:30 p.m. when I got there. Online it said they were open till 7. The store looked so dark and the open sign wasn't on. But I walked up to the door to see if maybe they closed early. I was happy to know they were open!
I was instantly greeted by a sweet employee behind the counter. He asked me what he could do for me. I told him I needed copies made. I pointed to the copy machines and told me to take my time. I thought that was really nice of him.
I got my debit card squared away on the machine and purchased 10 dollars worth of copies. I didn't quite know how to work the copier so I asked the nice gentleman for help. He came over, guided me and helped me with my first set of tax papers. He also informed me about the paper clips, staple and other office supplies that were available for me if I needed them.
I worked my way down to the last 2 stacks of taxes, got them paper clipped and into my trusty manilla envelope. It was a lot faster than I imagined, getting my task completed. It was great having everything I needed all in one area. I thanked the nice man for his help and made my way out of the door. I appreciate this employee's kindness and patience. He was great and my work area was perfect!”
“I am giving this location 5 stars not because of excellent customer service or above and beyond care for customers. I have been to this location once and like alot of you who left one star reviews because you probably had a QR code to return an item from an online shipper like myself, begrudgingly found out this is not a FEDEX Corporate store and could not send your return back from this location without a printed label. Don't judge a business by your lack of reading the return instructions entirely... I admit that's exactly what I did, and received courteous professional communication from the gentleman working that day.”
