We all know that USPS is really struggling with their operation right now, but because this location was relatively close to my work, I called them and the lady who answered my call was extremely helpful and got my package up to the front desk so I could pick it up when I went to lunch. Went there and was able to get it with no problem.”

“I went into postal connection today. Needed a form printed out, and a notary service done, the two ladies in there were very helpful.. My notary form was not the correct writing so they drew up a whole new one and fixed everything and helped me through the computer to get the document out of my email as I was having trouble on my phone. They were super nice. Super polite, and couldn't have done it without them.”
“Stopped in today to print some things, grab some supplies and get passport photos for my family. Olivia was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure the photos looked good and even did an extra photo as my son was upset that we didn’t get a photo together. “I use this store quite often and always have great experiences. Today was another good one. I just had foot surgery and needed to get a box sent out. The box was already labeled so I pulled into the lot and called. Trevor answered and I told him what I needed. In a second he was out at my truck, got the box from my back seat and I was on my way. What a great kid, fast and respectful. He did a awesome job.”

“I needed to get my taxes copied in a hurry today. Stopped into FedEx Office to get my task done. I wasn't sure if they were open. It was about 5:30 p.m. when I got there. Online it said they were open till 7. The store looked so dark and the open sign wasn't on. But I walked up to the door to see if maybe they closed early. I was happy to know they were open!
I was instantly greeted by a sweet employee behind the counter. He asked me what he could do for me. I told him I needed copies made. I pointed to the copy machines and told me to take my time. I thought that was really nice of him.
I got my debit card squared away on the machine and purchased 10 dollars worth of copies. I didn't quite know how to work the copier so I asked the nice gentleman for help. He came over, guided me and helped me with my first set of tax papers. He also informed me about the paper clips, staple and other office supplies that were available for me if I needed them.
I worked my way down to the last 2 stacks of taxes, got them paper clipped and into my trusty manilla envelope. It was a lot faster than I imagined, getting my task completed. It was great having everything I needed all in one area. I thanked the nice man for his help and made my way out of the door. I appreciate this employee's kindness and patience. He was great and my work area was perfect!”

“There was a mixup on an important package that was supposed to be delivered on a Saturday. After submitting an online form and stopping into the main office, they had it fixed and the package in my hands within a half hour. Thought I was out of luck since it was a weekend, but they were on it. Shout out to the delivery guy and the package manager. Much appreciated!”

“Give these folks a raise (John, Kerri, Don, and Marrgo, no specific order just from left to right at the counter!) Everyone here is super friendly. I went to the Nampa one twice and both times had awful experiences. These folks here actually care, smile, laugh, and treat you like a person. Hands down the best USPS! All 4 of the clerks are awesome, almost on a first name basis with all of them! John goes above and beyond and makes me laugh! Kerri was super informative my first time back in after my experience at the Nampa one, Don is very polite, and very quick, and man he has a cool beard! Marrgo is a sweetheart, super nice and always answers my questions. This place is great!”

“I had no problem waiting with 9 people ahead of me. When I got to the counter I was informed not to leave the building without purchasing their padded envelope which I had picked up and packed.
She was basically calling me a theif for a
2 dollar item.
I had stepped into the back by mailboxes
to put a b-day package together unsure if
it would fit or if I might need to choose the
flat rate box.
She now sent me out of line, just to write addresses on envelope. She never gestured me over when I was through but I got back into line which now had 12 people ahead of me. She has no customer service skills, she's just going through the motions.
Once I was at the counter again,
I received exceptional customer service from the gentleman behind the counter.”
