His high school track team doesn't have any practices during the Fall/Winter so we were very happy that our son could take advantage of the guided instruction offered at Off the Field. “The everest location is my favorite out of all the IFF locations. I have the multi-gym membership but always end up at everest. It is clean, the staff is excellent and the environment is great. My only input- a hack squat machine or a lying leg curl (at this location) would be dope.”
“Review edited, mostly all new machines in there but a few treadmills still out of order for months. Wish this one had a sauna like the newest one they opened up”

“Great gym with a lot of equipment. The cardio area has a nice view of The Village. They have an area for more bodybuilding style training and another turf area for CrossFit style training. In the mornings and evenings, the gym can get pretty packed. They also have a daycare for your kids while you workout for an additional charge.”

Sierra at the front desk knows my name every time I come in, and I really enjoyed all the classes and instructors, especially Jennifer is so energetic and has excellent ? vibe!”
“Love this facility! They have the best trainers and the best, most modern equipment. They're always busy & even cater to folks in recovery, like in 12 step programs, giving people a second chance to become better versions of themselves physically while they are working thru some mental warfare, too. They even have the most amazing chiro in town, Dr. Justin Brink!”
