“McGwire Allen was a man of his word with our new Dish installation. We got everything we needed cheaper than expected. He was professional and not pushy or arrogant. Very easy to work with. We are very happy with Dish installation. Christian the installer worked to find a loose wire in my home to fix it. Direct tv never did that for me. They charged me extra for wireless routers”

“This location was fantastic! After having had multiple issues with another phone company, I did tons of research and decided this would be the best company. Iesha in this store did a phenomenal job helping me port two numbers, add internet, and ensure the plan we had looked at was indeed the best for us. We ran into a hiccup porting the number and she solution seemed around it with customer care and I was done in 30min. The staff know what they’re doing and most of the time the issues that can’t be resolved seem to be petty/ simple things that have more to do with a product on the shelf (talking cases and screen protectors) then the company and persons there. I would definitely recommend looking into this company as its services, perks, and options seem to really be coming up big. Additionally, with the Beta for starlink coming live, there are some exciting things coming to the cellular industry. I’m excited to now be with t mobile and navigate this, knowing I have good support from the local retailers.”
“Michael and O were amazing working with customer service when I was having an unbearable time trying to get my account verified. I had purchased a new phone because my old one was completely busted, and all my information to transfer everything over was on my busted phone. It took 2 hours to get everything straightened out, but nonetheless they took there time and never seemed annoyed in any way. They were definitely happy to help. They deserve a raise!!”
“We have had a wonderful experience with TDS Fiber. We signed up when they had a great deal under $40/mo. We have previously had Sparklight and CenturyLink previously. In the almost year we have been with this company, we have not had a SINGLE outage, even during winter storms. I work from home and am constantly on video conferences. My internet is always fast. We have had one occasion where our internet was blinking red and when I called to get it fixed, they answered in 5 mins and fixed the problem right there.”

“My whole experience with sparklight so far has been great, from the first initial phone call inquiring about internet service to the appointment set up and installation. My service tech was early and called me and waited the few minutes for me to get there, he was friendly and professional. So far we have had no issues with our internet!”
