I Don't Care For Verizon They Take Their Sweet Time To Help You If They Help You At All The Employees Are Not Friendly By No Means Or Respectful In My Opinion They Need To Go Back To School And Learn Social Skills!!!!!!--

If I could give negative stars I would waited almost 2.5 hours manager was telling customers they was short staffed and it was gonna be a long wait however 5l4 employees they would help one customer and disappear to the back room for 15+ minutes. Then come out and repeat the process horrible customer service

Overall the customer service was very good. They were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The only downside was a bit of a wait to be able to talk to one of the associates.
