“The staff here is so kind and friendly and I love their customer service interactions with other clients. There is a friendly banter that seems fun and personable which I have observed with those who appear to be regulars. (I am new to Star)I recently witnessed a lady working in the front with pretty eyes who was so kind and patient with an elderly woman while she chatted. When I commented on how I appreciated that she did not rush this older lady, but took time to hear her story, she told me, " I have elderly clients come in that only buy one stamp maybe once or twice a week and I think this may be some of the only interactions they get. They just buy a stamp so they can have a brief conversation with someone." This warmed my heart, and I hope it warms yours. With people like this working here it makes me want to come back. Let's all remember this is the post office and not UPS or FedEx. They are not for profit and so they do not create our labels, or tape up our packages for us. Those are expectations for the profitable corporations that charge double. I still marvel that they will carry my letter across the United States for a fraction of a dollar. I know it has doubled since it was 33 cents in 1999. Uhhh, what about the cost of food in the last 5 years?”

“Skip the post office line this holiday and go here instead! There was no wait the past 2 times I've gone(meanwhile the Nampa post office line was out the door)! They greet you once you walk in and help you out with packaging items. I love that they also show you shipping option with prices right on the screen. Plenty of supplies to choose from and even a cute gift store inside! My new go-to shipping store!”

“I showed up at closing (6pm) and the owners young son was locking the doors. When he saw me, he unlocked and opened the door. They served me and a few minutes later another client walked in since the door was unlocked. It was at least 5 minutes after 6. Not only did the owner not say anything to me about it being closing time, but they said nothing to the young lady who just assumed she would be helped since the door was open. They were helping her also when I walked out. I was mailing one package postage prepaid and buying postage for the 2nd package. Despite it being after closing, she asked if I wanted a tracking receipt for the postage prepaid package as well, unsolicited. This kind of customer service is what I love about small businesses and entrepreneurs. I was delighted by their complete customer service and friendliness. I will be back whenever possible. I definitely recommend them!”

The night before I had a deadline to have certifications and letterheads printed. The individual who filled my order was extremely rude and the job was completely unsatisfactory. I called and kindly spoke to the manager about the behavior of this individual. I went back in to have everything corrected. I appreciated the help and correction of my order. “Michael the manager at this FedEx Kinko is absolutely amazing. Great customer service skills, above and beyond helpful and all around very knowledgeable! This whole staff is exceptional as well! My husband needed to print out written thank you cards to send to his clients, this was quite the meticulous daunty tasks! However, from day one Michael took this project under his wings and made sure everything ran smoothly with the printing machine and the written thank you cards came out perfectly! “I had to write a review on this because I feel EVERYONE should know about this. Have you ever been to a UPS store to ship something and first encounter the long line you are about to stand in for 30min just to find out it's going to take longer than you wanted it to or are shipping face and body care products just to be told sorry we can't ship that (crazy right?). Which is due to the alcohol content in it, and is so dismal that you are shaking your head in disbelief. Well, that ended up being a blessing in disguise for me. Because that is when the store associate said but the UPS customer service hub can because they can ship things we can't necessarily. So I go there and not only do the prices seem cheaper, your package gets there MUCH quicker. Sending something from Nampa to Salt Lake takes a day or two, depending on what time of day you drop it off. It is also much quicker to complete your task of sending your packages because there is NEVER any line, and the ladies I've dealt with are extremely nice and helpful. So, never again will I go to a UPS store to send a package. I have gone to this hub about 5 times, and it has always been quick, easy, and cheaper (seems that way to me). They only accept credit or debit cards, NO cash or checks. If you want to send your packages and have it not be a stressful event, I would definitely recommend going here!!!”
