Nathan is incredibly communicative and detail oriented. We review everything together before I leave to make sure it’s exactly right, which I really appreciate. Orders are accurate, organized, and turned around quickly. He’s also proactive about suggesting ways to adjust layouts or printing options to save money or improve the final result, which has been super helpful.

Decided to drive over to Mail Room because they were the closest Fed Ex spot. VERY helpful - packed up my item securely and had a box that fit perfectly. “Clean store, fairly well staffed had to wait a bit for help but not too bad. The store is clean and fairly organized, and the employees were friendly. There's plenty of parking, but this location is difficult to access and is especially difficult to leave given it's right on the corner of Chinden and Eagle - there's basically one way out which is going south on Eagle and attempting to squeeze into eagle traffic.”
“Always ,always a top notch FedEx Ship center on Capital BLVD Boise. A very clean parking lot to the Air ship envelopes always available, the easy to use Kiosk that is always working, ( The competing store on 17th and state St in Boise is so small that if you need to self print you have to share personal feet space with customers in line. UPS Kosk is out of order more than 50% of the time. That is attached to a register that will also be down and slow service to a halt ). Sorry to bring up a competitor but my point is....FedEx uses the utmost care, professionalism and efficiency with all visitors to the store !! Thank you FedEx on Capital. I have been a repeat visitor ( 2-3 days a week) because I am a notary public shipping mortgage documents. I will always choose FedEx for business documents and personal shipping.
One last thing. Don't let the small parking lot scare you. This team is so efficient that the spaces open up quickly.
