“Tyler had amazing customer service!! He was very knowledgeable and did more than just sell us phones. He explained everything in detail and was the most helpful and friendly sales representative we have come in contact with at T-mobile. I would highly recommend coming to the T-mobile on Franklin and speak to Tyler!”

“Braxton, this guy right here. 10 out of 10!My wife and I have been using T Mobile for over 20 years. In and out of stores upgrading phone, adding kids to plans, updating plans to stay with the best service, adding home internet, adding watches.. seriously I've been through it all it feels like. Never had an experience like I did today. I feel like Braxton went above and beyond his general customer service capabilities and showed a side hospitality that seems rare in this day and age. He made my life so much easier. Thank you Good Sir! T-Mobile give this guy a raise and more hours. Top notch employee.”

“Our intallers Zachary & Heather were amazing. We are a new service in Meridain. They had to run 600 feet to the box because of a break then they stayed to make sure all our divices worked and connected. They were professional, polite, quick, and efficient.”
