“Took my daughter First to AT&T to upgrade to an iPhone 17 pro max she was on her Grandma's plan and wanted to be on her own. They did not greet us or say I'll be with you in a few, nothing. They told her she couldn't without her Grandma there who is out of town. A little birdie told us to go elsewhere so we went to T mobile. The store was clean, bright they greeted us right away. Very helpful and my daughter got her new phone. Tmobile has many perks for discounts.”

“We noticed that after a windstorm our cable had dropped from the outside pole to our home. We called and Tyler P. came out to fix it. Not only did he fix it, he took time to monitor our signal service and realized that we were not getting significant signals/service. He took note that all of our cables and hardware both inside and outside of the house was very old and so he offered to come out that weekend and replace everything. Tyler P.
