“This is the kind of place that you hope you never have to visit, but if you have to, you really want a 5 star experience and that's exactly what I got today.
Last night my 4 year old Galaxy phone stopped connecting to cell networks so I couldn't make calls unless I had WiFi available.
I brought the phone in and asked if they could do anything. The tech said phones in my state often can't be repaired. He told me he could try, and if he wasn't able to fix it, they'd charge $40 for the troubleshooting attempts, and they would let me fully apply that amount to the purchase of a phone they were selling if I should decide to purchase a replacement phone.
That seemed like a fair offer, so I decided to take a chance hoping it would get fixed. Two hours later they told me the phone was fixed. Somehow replacing the charging port was what fixed it (I'm impressed they figured that out and got it working again), and it was only about $70 because they were able to re-use parts from a "donor" phone.
Great experience with CPR. We'll definitely go straight here again if we ever have any other phone issues of any kind.”

“Pulled the plug and switched over to T-Mobile from AT&T. Natalie made the process easy, helping us with both Android and iphone smart phones. She showed us various tricks on our new phones and explained the billing process in detail. So much we saved and gained many new features. This is a very nice store.”

“Went to the PostFalls location during hours and found the store closed after waiting around for over an hour I took a ride to the CDA store. Upon arrival in CDA I found Lexi the store manager from PostFalls running the CDA branch. Seems that the higher ups at corporate thought since they were short staffed that Lexi should forget about her PostFalls location and her loyal customers and go straight to CDA and keep those customers happy. I must say if it were not for Lexi I would never have made the switch to Cricket. I am giving a 5 star rating based on her outstanding customer service and her actions alone. As for the corporate idiot who made the decision to send Lexi to CDA and leave her store closed and unmanned you should take a lesson from Lexi on customer service she could teach you how to run a business”

“Great experience at this store. Although AT&T didn’t provide the coverage at home I needed I still appreciate all this store did to help me. Lillie gave me a sim from her own account to test AT&T with my own phone. This gave me an opportunity to test there service without any commitment and I really appreciated it.”
“We had issues with customer service at the store in Hayden and spent over 2 hrs in store and had zero help from the employees. So we decided to go to the store in CDA and Devin was awesome!!!
