“It is so nice to have a local credit union to work with in person. We have done banking, mortgages, children and teen accounts here. They offer many useful in-person services for members that have been almost impossible to find anymore as big online banks become more competitive, such as no-fee VISA gift cards, no fee coin machine, international money exchange, safe deposit box rental (as close to Gringotts as you're going to get!). AAEC also awards many programs, grants and scholarships back to the local community!”

“Bhavesh Shah and the girls who work there are wonderful and helpful. He’s a wonderful personal banker and I’ve had pleasure doing my banking with him. I also want to thank Aida Smith, she’s always helped me when coming in as well as Giselle Jimenez.
This facility is gorgeous and has plenty of ample space for their clients to get safety deposit boxes (lockers as some call it).
My items have been safely secured here and the bank is able to help with all financial concerns and transactions. This location is my favorite in the area. Opening an account here is easy and a swift process.”

“Okay, we see the bad reviews. We've been customers for many many years! Citi did change our online banker to a fellow that is probably great, but, is only and "investment" banker. He could not help us with daily activities. We were getting pissed.
The great news is, we LOVE our branch in downtown Arlington Heights and have been lucky enough to be meet, trust and give our hard earned cash to a personal banker there named
Bhavesh Shah.
Bhavesh and the very knowledgeable head teller and branch super manager have taken personal care of us.
Bhavesh became our personal banker, thank gosh! Although we can't even make an appt with him online, Citi shame on your system.
We're pretty persnickety people. Without Bhavesh and the fine staff at the main branch, we don't want anymore Citibank. They need more expert caring, customer service people, not more bots!!! Please listen Citibank!”
