“It is so nice to have a local credit union to work with in person. We have done banking, mortgages, children and teen accounts here. They offer many useful in-person services for members that have been almost impossible to find anymore as big online banks become more competitive, such as no-fee VISA gift cards, no fee coin machine, international money exchange, safe deposit box rental (as close to Gringotts as you're going to get!). AAEC also awards many programs, grants and scholarships back to the local community!”

“We came to this bank branch as they carry all Euro denominations where all the other locations make you order them and you have no say as to specific bills you want to order! You have to take whatever they get! So, we went to this specific larger branch location where we were greeted by 2 employee’s as soon as we entered and they directed us appropriately.
Ana helped us with our purchase. She was so patient with us as we changed our mind on the number of denominations of bills we wanted. Very quick and easy transaction at this location. Definitely recommend this location for all your needs. No waits and employees (especially Ana) execute transactions flawlessly!”

“REY. This review is all for REY and I couldn’t find this branch on Yelp.He worked the drive through banking on Wednesday July 12 2023 around 1145am when the ATM I drove through acted like it gave me cash but didn’t. If I could attach a video, I’d show you what I mean. NOT COOL, ATM. Trying to steal $300 from me. So I backed up while having a panic attack because I don’t know about you, but I can’t afford to have an ATM eat $300. I had already gotten the text notification that the money has been withdrawn and I had received no money. So I pulled into the drive up lane closest to the bank so I could scream at a human being, and that human being happened to be REY, and he was so cool and collected and calm and got everything under control, reassured me that I did not get double dipped when he gave me the money that the machine did not, apologized on behalf of the machine, and even offered me a lollipop. It was not at all patronizing. It was actually very reassuring. I’m a middle-aged woman who was having a panic attack, so he should win every customer service award in the book.And BTW…… this was the second time that Chase ATMs have said that they gave me money when they didn’t. The first time it was only $40 and I was in a hurry so I got screwed out of it. But $300 was not gonna fly. That’s a CHASE issue not a REY issue though, so REY gets five stars.CHASE, give that man a raise ……. and fix your ATMs!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“Okay, we see the bad reviews. We've been customers for many many years! Citi did change our online banker to a fellow that is probably great, but, is only and "investment" banker. He could not help us with daily activities. We were getting pissed.
The great news is, we LOVE our branch in downtown Arlington Heights and have been lucky enough to be meet, trust and give our hard earned cash to a personal banker there named
Bhavesh Shah.
Bhavesh and the very knowledgeable head teller and branch super manager have taken personal care of us.
Bhavesh became our personal banker, thank gosh! Although we can't even make an appt with him online, Citi shame on your system.
We're pretty persnickety people. Without Bhavesh and the fine staff at the main branch, we don't want anymore Citibank. They need more expert caring, customer service people, not more bots!!! Please listen Citibank!”
