“I want to give a huge thank you to Madelyn at Kirkland’s for her incredible kindness and effort! I had lost my Labubu, a very special gift from someone dear to me, and was heartbroken thinking it was gone forever. Madelyn went above and beyond to help me find it. She was patient, caring, and truly went out of her way to make sure we tracked it down. Her genuine kindness completely turned my day around.
It’s rare to find someone who cares so much about helping others, and Madelyn is definitely one of those people. I’m so grateful for her help and am looking forward to seeing her again next time we visit!”
“This whimsical store is an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, my preteen daughter was captivated, exclaiming she wanted to own 'the whole shop!' It's a place where you can happily lose yourself for hours, as every shelf and display is brimming with character and holds a charming new discovery. The local jazz band Quintessence was playing this particular night which was an extra treat :)”

“I absolutely love this place.Very clean and neat. Great displays.Excellent selection.Very friendly and helpful staff. A little pricey, But, a lot was on sale. I definitely will be back. Less than a block away was a Goodwill store too.”
“I love that they have trained design staff available for free. Sometimes it helps to get another opinion or ideas that I didn’t think of. I didn’t like this hex in the store but the designer assured me it would look great with the rest of the bathroom and he was right!”
“What great customer service! Went in to look at patio furniture. Not only was it on sale, I got a discount for opening a charge account, no interest for 6 months AND free delivery. The furniture was here within the hour. Amazing service.”
“I love this store, I never leave without a pleasant shopping experience. There is everything your heart desires, I bought boots for my little daughter at a good discount - the original price was $24.99, I bought them at a red price for $7.99. The eldest daughter always chooses her own varnishes and accessories for the shower and face. I chose a beautiful gold vase and gift boxes for myself.”

“Scott and Shane were extraordinarily helpful when choosing our patio table set and lounge area set. They were patient and very knowledgeable. The store had a great selection of sets with more that could be ordered. Highly recommend visiting Northwest Metal Craft if you are in the market for patio furniture, grills or fireplaces.”
