“One of the most enjoyable shopping experiences and some of the best customer service I have ever received for a major purchase. The showroom is super nice and generally quiet so you have the time and space to decide from the multiple styles and price points. The quality of all furniture is excellent, much better than expected, especially when you consider how reasonably priced it is. We purchased a complete bedroom set in August 2023 and there was an odd size issue with the mattress. After a phone call and some pictures, the staff was extremely apologetic and resolved it as quickly as possible by replacing the mattress. And the delivery and installation crew were a pleasure to deal with. Overall, this was a five star experience with Dania. We're definitely looking forward to shopping there again and buying more from Dania.”

“Bought an umbrella for my pool deck last summer and am super happy with the quality. It's way different from what you would find in the big box stores. Also just picked up a Primo kamato grill which is the only one still made in the USA. I'm new to cooking with kamatos, but so far I'm impressed. This is a family owned business, they really go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Highly recommended!”
“We purchased a sectional leather couch from Leather Creations in Deerfield 14 years ago. We decided to replace the cushions since the cushions had lost some of its firmness. We brought in one of my cushion casings to have Wade demonstrate how to replace the cushion. Wade couldn't believe that we have never treated our leather and how new it still looked. Wade is a wonderful asset to have on staff and extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We have referred several friends to Leather Creations and will continue to refer people to them going forward.”

“I bought a custom ottoman that was just too big and it has a specific leg structure which isn’t standard. I reached out to a few companies but decided to go with Brother’s because the pricing was exactly what it should be. Val’s communication was great, I’m hard to get a reach of during the day so his team would leave me voicemails and he would follow up with emails. The ottoman was cut down on all sides and the legs.. perfect. Plus they picked it up and dropped it off for me. Brother’s is amazing, highly recommend. Thank you Val and team!”

“In the book, Outliers, Malcolm Gladwell speaks about working 10,000 hours in one's craft, in order to be deemed an expert. Some folks are disputing this but think about it, do you want the pilot of your plane on your trans-Pacific flight with 100 hours of flight experience?? Or do you want the person with 10,000 hours?? Speaking of pilots, the pilot light in my gas fireplace kept going out and it kept going out when outside temperatures went below 25F. That's right, it went out when you needed it most. So after firing up the pilot light manually for seemingly over two Winters, I said to myself, this is insanity. So I used Yelp to conduct a comparative analysis and called four fireplace companies. Here were the outcomes of those calls: - one company does not fix gas fireplaces. - the second company made me leave a message and it took the guy like 3 days to call back and he had an attitude like he was disgruntled from the get-go (meaning from the onset). - the third company wanted to charge a service call for diagnosing the problem and couldn't comment on the overall costs. - the fourth company was Hearth & Home and Pat (who turned out to be the owner) was a straight shooter (meaning forthcoming with details). Pat asked the year, make, model, serial number of my gas fireplace. He listened to me about my fireplace's symptoms and gave me a likely diagnosis and projected costs of the part and service. I had a very good feeling about his Integrity and thought the cost was reasonable. The appointment was booked and weeks later, Mike came as scheduled. Mike has 10 years experience and although he huffed and puffed here and there while fixing it, I had no doubt that with his expertise (10,000 hours) we would be up and running in no time. And that's what happened, my fireplace got fixed, within budget and right in time for me to make it to the Yelpies event last week!! Thank you Pat, Mike and H&H for this professional experience. Otherwise I would have missed that great event by Kesha and Celeste!!”

“I want to start off by saying that I called Penny Mustard customer Service about a question on how to get a king size mattress which I had "inherited" up my stairs. The mattress (which was purchased from Penny Mustard by a friend who decided to move out of state) sat in my living room for a month before attempting to hike it up the stairs. I called Penny Mustard to ask if they had any advice and spoke to Donna who not only was friendly and very knowledgeable about mattresses. She took the time to speak to me about "folding the mattress in half" and getting it up the stairs. And she was so right!
