415 N Hough St, BarringtonThis is our fourth visit here with our new puppy, and I’ve been very happy every time! Today, I brought him in with terrible mats on his head due to being in a cone for two weeks after surgery, and fully anticipated picking up a totally shaven pup. Instead, Jennifer was able to get the mats out and give him a beautiful haircut. They are very fast (brought him in at 7:30, and picked him up at 10:20), and extremely kind. It’s obvious that the staff loves their jobs as well as the animals that they care for. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!Rizzo is a Shorkie. (Shih-Tzu/Yorkshire Terrier mix.)

Whether it’s an emergency visit, or a well check, the staff are responsive to my questions and doing what is best for my cat. The staff excels at putting cats at ease. Mr. Buxco loves Dr. Butler so much he’s actually head butted her! Before finding Barrington, I had tried a number of vets in the Chicago area and felt that they did not treat Mr. Buxco with the care he deserves. At Barrington, from the waiting room to the patient room and all the way to the follow up emails and calls, Dr. Butler and the rest of the team at Barrington listen to my concerns, pay attention to my cats symptoms, and work to keep Mr. Buxco feeling his best!!! We always get the burritos and bowls. We’ve also tried the chicken katsu and it’s got the best crunch and flavor. The mini steamed mandoo is also so good. Highly recommend this place!!
