415 N Hough St, BarringtonThis is our fourth visit here with our new puppy, and I’ve been very happy every time! Today, I brought him in with terrible mats on his head due to being in a cone for two weeks after surgery, and fully anticipated picking up a totally shaven pup. Instead, Jennifer was able to get the mats out and give him a beautiful haircut. They are very fast (brought him in at 7:30, and picked him up at 10:20), and extremely kind. It’s obvious that the staff loves their jobs as well as the animals that they care for. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!Rizzo is a Shorkie. (Shih-Tzu/Yorkshire Terrier mix.)

Whether it’s an emergency visit, or a well check, the staff are responsive to my questions and doing what is best for my cat. The staff excels at putting cats at ease. Mr. Buxco loves Dr. Butler so much he’s actually head butted her! Before finding Barrington, I had tried a number of vets in the Chicago area and felt that they did not treat Mr. Buxco with the care he deserves. At Barrington, from the waiting room to the patient room and all the way to the follow up emails and calls, Dr. Butler and the rest of the team at Barrington listen to my concerns, pay attention to my cats symptoms, and work to keep Mr. Buxco feeling his best!!! Best of all, they don't skimp on anything. The salad was flavorful from the first bite to the last. The Chicken Vesuvio over French fries was very good but way too much food to be listed as an appetizer! I can't wait to eat here again.

Fur Keeps Animal Rescue
142 Old Dundee Rd, BarringtonI have had a great experience with Fur Keeps :) I have adopted 2 dogs from them and love them so much! And I will be in for a check up soon! I wish I could adopt more, but can't and would recommend others to check in and see if there's a good fit for them. Thank you Fur Keeps for saving these animals. My friend has also adopted a cat from them, and he is also doing well! He is very funny and brings her daughter lots of happiness!
