“The BMW is back in top form. She blew a charge pipe to one of the turbos and Alan fixed it but the car was still not running right. I figured out one of the clutches in the Dual clutch transmission had gone out brought it in and they dropped the pan change the fluid reset the software and the 335IS is back to normal. For Foreign Car Service highly recommend Batavia mobile they're efficient, take great care of the car, guarantee their work and are very reasonably priced especially compared to the dealer. Thanks to everyone there for the continued great service over the last few years!”

“Both Karl Jr and Sr. and Janine the office manager are professional, friendly and offer fair prices. All of them are able to chat with you about any mechanical problem you might have and if Karl isn't sure of the problem he'll go test drive it with you. When I first came in looking for an estimate on a costly repair another shop had told me I needed, they said the rack didn't need replacing and the slight shimmy in the front end was a brake rotor wear problem. They didn't even charge me for the trouble-shooting. Been a customer ever since.
They're not going to try to upsell you and tack-on battery, wipers, fancy flushes or repairs you don't need. If they have time and you're a regular customer and stop in with a flat or other quick problem to solve they usually can accommodate you or provide you with a timely date they can get to it. Or they'll tell you the repair could wait another month or two and then bring it in. Like most service places you need to call ahead and expect to wait a week or so for an appointment that may take the better part of the day to repair. You will probaby need to leave your car there for the day but if it's something quick you can wait for it.
It's nice to have a shop where you feel like you're a neighbor and can chat with them about your car concerns.”

“I walked into this location right before closing without an appointment. I had never been to this shop and had no relationship with the staff. I expected to be pushed off and given an appointment for the following week. Instead, I was treated like a customer that had been bringing cars in for years. The owner took me along for a test drive of my vehicle. He was not only extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I was driving, he was personably as well. Instead of putting me through the wringer and having pay money for services I did not need, he assured me nothing was wrong with the transmission. If you want a shop you can trust and be treated like family, go to this location!”
