“I had a great experience with this bank. I tried next door at 5th 3rd bank 3 different times to open a non-profit account for a girl scout troop that I started. They kept putting road blocks in front of me (i.e. asking for forms that the girl scout council had never even heard of)...I got so mad my 3rd time there that I got up in the middle of it and walked right out the door, then walked next door to BMO Harris. I was in and out in 20 minutes and I had a bank account for my girls when I walked out! I had some issues getting set up on the online banking (I believe because it's a non-profit account), but was able to get that straightened out on the phone with the bank (not the branch).”
